Jennifer R helped me check out my groceries this evenning and she was sharing all of these options for us. Explained Digital Coupons, their Gas point offers. I've been shopping at this store for years and never had an employee openly give me so many details to help me save more. It was such a good experience.

Customer Service: David and the other kind lady at the food checkout was friendly and helpful!

Quality of Product or Service: Besides the broken refrigerator, all the items were neatly stocked and organized!

Price: We bought 2 of the $7 meals in the food area and we got so much food for the price! Do not sleep on this price!

Cleanliness: I found one recipe on the floor inside and a tiny bit of trash in the parking lot but the store was very clean and maintained!

Atmosphere: The store was well lit and it was a welcoming atmosphere!

Location and Accessibility: There is parking and handicap parking as well as an area for pickup.

Speed of Service: There was about a 3 minute wait because the self check out was full. It was still speedy though.

Ease Online Ordering or Delivery: Dillon’s has pick up for online ordering!

Loyalty or Reward Programs: I’ve saved so much money with my Dillon’s card. Please do yourself a favor and get this card to save at the store and at the gas pump.

Overall Experience: Overall experience was positive and I got all that I needed!

Any concerns, constructive feedback, or suggestions: If someone could mind checking on that broken refrigerator door that would be awesome. Other than that, excellent job!

I placed a pickup order at this location and thought I had chosen Brookwood. The manager was kind enough to call me and let me know! I love that their substitutions are always reasonable. Substitutions at other places like WM just aren’t as good. I really feel like they put thought and care into it at Dillons. Very rarely out of anything we need. Pickup is a lifesaver for a busy family with kids and a newborn! Thank you so much!!

This Dillons is of the large variety with many offerings you don't find at every location. There are more products, more choices, and more staff to assist you if necessary. Management vigilantly over sees checkout for smooth transactions during rush periods. That extra effort to maintain a frictionless experience trickles down to their staff. Speaking of staff, the ClickList associates are very attentive to your online shopping requests. They go above and beyond to communicate all aspects of your order. My experience put me at ease and was a pleasant addition to the convenience of shopping at Dillons from home.

I use this store mainly for their salad bar which is the best for any Dillons store in Topeka. The salad bar line goes quickly at the noon hour. If I need something afterwards, the front grocery lines are well staffed. The store is still fairly new and is clean and well stocked. No negatives.

Working with Kathy in the floral department was a wonderful experience. She knew what I was looking for, came back to the phone with options and price ranges and made sure they would be delivered today. She truly knows how to take care of her customers. THANK YOU!!

They always have everything we need, the staff take the time to get to know us by name. They talk to my children and play with them, they have a basket of free fruit which is huge hit with the kiddos!!!! Oh not to mention they have the very best STARBUCKS here! I will never go to any other one. I 💗 this place!!! Awesome sales, and everyday prices too.

This is my preferred Dillons. Great fresh fruits and vegetables. Especially nice salad bar. Good deli, Chinese summer rolls are the best and the chefs will make your sushi to order. Nicely stocked natural foods area.

I haven't been here for a while, so i was impressed with the produce area. Everything looked so fresh with lots of choices and organic fruits and vegetables. Seen lots of vegetable ive never seen or heard of. I got a new cold slaw recipe using Kohlrabi from a older gentleman that was shopping there.

This is definitely the best Dillons/Kroger I have ever been to. The cleanliness of the store is immaculate. The produce, meat and seafood are some of the best and freshest in the midwest. They have a huge selection of groceries as well as ethnic food sections and a health food section that includes keto choices. This is my new favorite grocery store.

It's like it's MY store. I know where everything I need is and the always have the self checkout lanes open when I shop. I can get in and out if I want to. However, sometimes I just roam the aisles to see what's new. That's my Dillons.

Decided to shop at Dillon's today. It was our first time usually we just go to Walmart. We we're blown away! Everything is so clean and organized! We didn't have to back track to isles. We got to the register and before we knew it we we're in and out in under 5 minutes! The cashier and bagger we're so friendly and polite! We spent less money and got more then we usually would shopping at Walmart. This definitely will be my go to store now! Thank you!

Been looking for chicken liver the past couple months to use for fishing. I also love battering and frying it as a tasty snack. It seemed like no one carried it anymore. Dillon's, Walmart, even other grocers further away in Kansas City didn't have any. Weeks ago, I asked the girl in the meat/seafood department, and she said that they don't carry it. Bummer. Then, yesterday, I find a fully stocked liver section in the Heritage Farms poultry area. Instantly snapped one up and can't wait to use it this weekend!

I usually find most of what I need here. The only thing that I haven't seen in a long time are sheets of phyllo dough (I think made by Athena). I use it to make baklava on special occasions.

Drive through prescription pick up is a real bonus when I have my elderly Mom with me. It's just too much to take her into the store so the drive through is perfect.

Produce is always better here and in stock compared to competitors in Topeka. There's Chinese or fried chicken for convenience. I just wish there was a Starbucks at every Dillons and more locations offered ClickList.
