Had just a few minutes, so ran in to grab specific items- staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Store is jam packed with local sports teams and memorabilia items of all price ranges and sizes; fun to navigate and peruse when you have the time!

Had to return a t-shirt given as a Christmas gift that was the wrong size. I was anticipating a little trouble not having a receipt but was taken care of quickly and professionally. I couldn't be happier with their service. My only problem with Rally House is their selection is so great, I can never decide what to get!

I got a wrong size the late night opening in Overland Park the night before, stopped at this store the next morning... They were friendy, helpful and even though I brought the wrong receipt... Silly me, but they refunded for store credit and we got the correct size quickly, no problem. Very happy with both locations customer service.

This store is amazing and so are the fantastic people who work there. I ran in Friday night to pick up a shirt I had ordered and I left wanting to work there! Thank you for taking the time to engage and help me spend more money 😂! I left with my shirt and the most amazing jacket!

This is a cool store with a wide variety of quality sports products and team merchandise. The staff is knowledgeable, very helpful, and readily accepted a return, when a gift item didn't work out.

You can pretty much get any of your Kansas sports teams needs just be prepared to spend quite a bit of money LOL with all the options they have it definitely adds up quick but all the merch is great

The girl that waited on me was very helpful she showed me everything that I was looking for and I am planning on going back up later on and get some more clothes for my great grandkids

The salesman was quite helpful to me. I had an old gift card and he was able to activate it after contacting the business office. He was very patience and assisted me with my eventual purchase.

I arrived on Tuesday morning, the day after the KU Jayhawks won the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. The store manager had everything set up very methodical to move customers through a line while we waiting our turn to shop for shirts! Very impressed!!!

Everything you need for sports apparel. Found the same exact SB trophy presentation shirt for the same price as offered on the NFL Shop website, just without the wait.

I ordered a KU shirt on line not sure about the sizing, when I went to pick up asked if I could try on and the people that worked there were so helpful. I had ordered the wrong size and they went over the top to help me find a Rock Chalk Jayhawk shirt that fit. thank you so much !

Super cool store for a fan of KU or K State. Great selection of Chiefs and Royals as well as other colleges. But honestly, aside from KU is there even a need for any other schools merchandise. I live on the Missouri side and the store in my area wastes a lot of floor space with those Black and Gold kittens from Columbia.

The staff were kind and helpful, I really appreciated them wrapping the glassware in bubble wrap made it so much easier to travel with!

This store is packed with all sorts of K State and KU merchandise and some KC Royals items.

Service has always been great and this time they had someone walking around with a tablet to help people locate things. They are still offering gift wrapping.

When the parking lot is full, drive around to the side or back. That is also a good way to leave to avoid the 21st street traffic.

So. Much. Inventory. This is a great fan store. It just needs more square feet. It’s a little difficult to maneuver around other customers during busy times.

They have all of the major sporting teams and colleges, as well as a variety of Kansas food based items like sauces and seasoning. If it's Kansas, you'll find it there. The staff was ultra helpful, and quick to guide you to find the things you are looking for.
