Excellent customer service. The employee was extremely professional and personable. We were helped right away and greeted with a smile and warm welcoming energy. Coffee was hot our sandwiches were put together nicely will definitely visit again.

Love everything about this Dunkin' !! Great customer service, hot coffee, never fails always delicious. Oh and my Chihuahuas appreciate the pup cups ☕ Yum 😋

The reason I can give it this writing is because I work here, my coworkers are absolutely amazing and my boss Matthew is even more amazing.

If you have any issues whatsoever matthew would be the person to talk to and he is absolutely awesome.

Fast service and great donuts. However the donut holes we bought didn't seem to have much cream filing in them which is out of the norm. Some almost none at all, maybe they were in a rush Sunday morning.

Really good donuts and coffee. Recommend going. Definitely won't regret it. Though if you go threw the drive thru the line is usually long. But worth the wait

I frequent this location often and today, I decided to go inside because I wanted to have a drink specialized. The 3 girls working (Mary, Cambria, and Haley), were absolutely lovely. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I was so pleased with the service and their willingness to help get my drink right. It made my day!! Not to mention Mary made the drink 100% perfectly and was even willing to write the order down for me for next time. I also have nothing but nice things to say about the manager, or shift leader (not sure which he is).

We had a miscommunication about my order. so when I took my order in they were very nice and the baker came out personally and made it right. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks 😊

I really loved going in to sit and eat today with 2 of my sons. I told the guy who was sweeping that I wouldn't get any crumbs on the floor. But sadly I did and I felt very bad. They are very friendly and nice when you walk in. I have no idea why people would drive through. The donuts are awesome and all the workers are precious. We got the whole indoor room to ourselves. Yay! All you lazy drive thrus are missing out.

Oh man, between you and World Cup, I can't tell who has the better coffee. I never tried any of the food, but I'm confident is just as good. Staff is very friendly (although ONE time I pulled up to the drive though and the window opened and the smell of marijuana punched me in the face-but I'm okay with that; just keep up with the awesome coffee!)

Ive been here a few times to get donuts for work and everytime, no matter who helps me, they have been awesome. Its hard to find people who will be nice at 6:15 in the morning. As For the donuts, they are definitely fresher than the other 2 donut shops close by

We were working across the street from the Dunkin near 21st and Gage on a construction project. During the hottest part of the day a young Lady came over bringing donuts and cold drinks for our crew. "on the house "she said. What a wonderful act of kindness. Unexpected but very appreciated!

I prefer Dunkin' over Starbucks! Iced coffee is amazing!! Donuts are fresh and yummy!! Not a long wait time. Clean. Friendly staff. The location pulling in to the store isn't the safest.

Staff are friendly, food is great. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best, hands down, especially on a croissant. If you're a t-milbile customer you can get a free latte every week, too!

Took our grandkids last night. Davonte was so good with them. He interacted with them and they had smiles and giggles. He showed them all the donuts and munchkins. We had a great a great time. Thanks Davonte for the great customer service!

I love this place. However the management is trash. Just was at the driver through and they have one lovely lady doing it all. She is working the window and help customers inside. For her I rate it 5 stars. For Dunkin's do better.

The service here is always top notch with a smile. The food menu is delicious and varied. My coffee is always delicious and affordable. My only complaint could be the dangerous entrance off of busy 21st St and that Topeka only has one location!
