They have the sweetest employee that really goes above and beyond to be helpful to customers in any way she can. I m pretty here name is IsaBella. And she knows her stuff about the brand. Every place should have a Bella working for them. She’s an asset to their company.

Always such a clean store to comfortably and confidently go shopping at...(so very important, and yes in a clothing store also, just as important as a clean restaurant). Friendly, helpful, but most importantly, knowledgeable employees when it comes to their merchandise. There is nothing worse than going into a store, restaurant, tanning salon, car dealership, gym...i could go on but you get the point....and the staff are not able to confidently, quickly and accurately answer any questions that you may have. They even go as far as to not only help you pick out the perfect outfit for you, but they know exactly where everything they're looking for is at, and to take it a step further, they will even wait outside the fitting room and give you their 'HONEST OPINION', but in a KIND WAY, like maybe saying, "Stay right there, I just thought of a different pair of jeans that would look so awesome on you and go great with that shirt." I would so much rather my associate be honest as apposes to lie to me just to get me to buy it and move over about their business, ya know. Honesty in every way, in every setting, in every city and in every state is something we truly are lacking these days. So kudos to the the AEO/Arie employees for not only their knowledge and honesty, but for being able to kindly and professionally having the ability to navigate those very touchy waters called 'HONESTY' and working with the public at the same time. Trust me, I've worked with the public my entire working career, and it's not an easy task in general, let alone doing it the way they do. Keep up the good work!!! Great selection of clothes my family has been buying American eagle clothes for years because of the quality of the clothes they wear very well and prices aren't to bad.
