Extremely friendly staff in meat dept and forklift opperater asked me if I needed help 2x. Friendly and helpful at check out when I had questions. Cheaper prices than Bedford park bulk costco on most items. HUGE halal selection, thank you!! But I prefer to not buy koch chicken. Please switch the halal supplier. Will go again!

Big bright clean location, hope it survives as it's a time saver for me versus going to the Des Plains location.

Very well organized new store! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Shelves were well stocked. This is now my go to store! Will not go back to the Milwaukee store!

Nice and clean building but limited selection compared to Milwaukee store

Arrived to this Gurnee location @ 5:45pm on Wednesday evening but doors were closed. The cashier is seeing there are customers knocking on the door and she looks away. As another customer leaves and doors open 5:50pm we entered into the store. The cashier is yelling and humiliating customers saying “we’re closed we’re closed y’all need to leave”.

To management > Please spend time hiring better professionals who can follow hours of operation times as well as basic communication skills!
