Jimmy is always so quick to deliver my oxygen. He is very kind and always has a great attitude. He always answers my questions and shows me what I need to know with the machines. The schedulers are always very helpful as well.when I have time to the office, Marshall is also very kind and helpful. This group is the BEST!!

Jessica was great and very knowledgeable in regards to my CPAP products. Her caring and personable touch was helpful in making sure I had the proper equipment to treat sleep apnea. She was even helpful in making sure I had the right mask by trying them on to make sure I got the right one to fit my face. The SMD team are always a phone call away to answer questions and offer assistance when needed.

After calling my normal Aerocare people in Marietta, GA this morning to complain that no one had serviced my oxygen concentrator they transferred my account to a location in Pelham, Al. (I NOTIFIED THEM SEVERAL MONTHS AGO OF MY MOVING.) I received the concentrator in January of 2019 and it had NEVER been serviced. Billy from the Pelham office called me before noon today to let me know he was on the way. He was here about 15 minutes and it works like a new unit. Amazing what some routine maintenance and a couple of filters can do. One is those filters was missing from the initial install, the other black and clogged. Hmmm, no wonder I have always had problems with Aerocare Matietta, GA. IDIOT INCOMPETENTS. Highly pleased with my new people!!
