I Had a fun experience shopping here with my granddaughter. We found everything we needed with the help of a fun and knowledgeable associate named Jasmine.

Went there to buy balloons, etc for my mil’s 95th birthday. They were fantastic, right on time, bagged up beautifully. We received numerous comments about them throughout the night. Thanks Cheryl and Rob!

I wanted to send a balloon bouquet to my nephew for his 8th birthday for same day delivery. I went online & spent lots of time choosing what I wanted, which balloons, & picked out a Sonic Hedgehog animal to add to it also. I had trouble placing the order so I called the store & explained that I wanted to send something for same day delivery but was having trouble. Catherine answered & was very helpful & got someone to take care of me. Rob took over & saw that there was a problem placing the order. He placed the order for me. I gave him the list of everything that I wanted & how I wanted it. He took care of all of it. He was helpful, patient, friendly, & really seemed to care that he got the order just right. He was AMAZING!!! The delivery got there same day as promised & it was really GREAT!!! I am thrilled that I called them. Great delivery & service. I highly recommend them.

I am ashamed I didn't catch his name but the manager/cashier was absolutely amazing. He gave me some advice about balloons I hadn't even purchased from PC and was able to inflate some balloons I selected right away.

I always have a wonderful experience at this store. Everything is clean, organized and well stocked. They carry a wide selection for every occasion/theme. The staff is friendly and the manager, Rob, is incredible! He’s nice, polite and goes out of his way to help! His fantastic customer service really makes such a difference!

It was my wife's 60th birthday and I had to make the house feel special mid week with everyone working. Party city was so helpful in gathering 60 themed balloons, plates, napkins assorted hanging things, and my wife loved all of it! I am so grateful for the lunch hour help I received at this store, I recommended their services highly! Jim F

The variety of items was a bit overwhelming for me but my daughter found everything she was looking for for my granddaughter's birhday....for 18 children!! They loved it.

Literally just left the store and HAD to leave a review! Everyone was super friendly, and a store associate, Jamie was extremely helpful with my many questions and requests, she was in the Halloween spirit, and just very friendly!

I just threw my girls a birthday party and we were able to get everything we needed. We even bought a ton of props for our photo booth. We really had a blast looking up and down the aisles for fun decorations.

Good experience, the staff knows where things are and is very helpful. They answered all my questions and made suggestions that helped me save on delivery cost!

We needed some signs for a sub division garage sale. Dawn helped us and printed them on the spot. Much cheaper than a sign store. Very pleased!!!

A gentleman working there was so helpful to me when I was decorating a float. He patiently went out of his way to help me find all the piñatas that would fit our theme.

Kenia was the sweetest. She went above and beyond and helped me find everything I needed!

Love this store as well the have every perty need and more, costumes, for every need, or birthday items and more and candy.

Can't go wrong here. Great selection, lots of colors and themes, and an ample parking lot.
