I went in to get a galaxy watch. The representative Caleb was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also explained their internet service. I'm using it now and it's better and cheaper than what I had. My wife loves her watch too.

Came in looking to add a line and upgrade and Danielle has great communication and patience and very friendly was able to explain things where I was able to understand

Came to the store to get a new phone. Caleb was very helpful, and I really appreciated his service. 10/10

Thank you, thank you, thank you to David O and Kayla for spending hours saving me from Tracfone hell! I spent more thank 17 hours just myself (not to mention the hours they spent) trying to do something that should have taken 10 minutes.

If T Mobile issued medals, David and Kayla should be at the top of the list!

Worked with David. He was very knowledgeable, was able to get taken care of what i needed. Store was clean, service was prompt after waiting for an available rep.

The employees at this store, David and Lashon, go above and beyond to make sure that your phone is connected properly. I had the pleasure of speaking with the managers, Kristen and Demond, to let them know how much I appreciate their employees. I would especially encourage any senior citizen to feel comfortable coming in for their new phones.

Michael, one of the store associates, was so helpful with my phone dilemma and in purchasing a Samsung watch. Everyone there is very helpful and have a great attitude!

Michael was very patient with my grandparents and helped them exchange phones and get a smart watch.

I purchased an I phone 13 about 4 months ago and didn't like it because it was so hard to get around in so I went to this T mobile
and asked for Micheal as he had great reviews on This site.
He turned out to be very helpful, answered all my questions and taught me some features that I wasn't aware of
So go to this store and ask for Micheal.
He is of on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Caleb did an amazing job at transferring our old line to the new T-mobile. Dealing with Boost Mobile was quite a daunting task that took an incredibly long time. However, he really invested his time and knowledge into the transfer. Highly recommended!

Was there with my aunt & the dude who helped her really took the time she needed (we were there for 4.5 hours) & he wasn't forcing her to buy accessories that she wouldn't need (although she did buy a bunch anyway) & so when all was said & done her monthly bill is still pretty high but all in all she's happy & comfortable with the price especially when considering the service they give & customer satisfaction is how a business stays in business

Martin helped me with my phone problem. He was very professional and kind.

Matt, is the most helpful person and patient and kind and knowledgeable. I don’t know what I would do without him. He is great. Wish I could take him home.

I had been with SPRINT for over 25 years, and never had an issue. I have not enjoyed the way T-mobile took over as a company. The constant emails with "YOU BETTER DO THIS BY THIS DAY OR WE WILL TAKE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AWAY FROM YOU"....well was horrible to say the least, and put me off from visiting the T-mobile store. I even asked my grown son to come to the T-mobile store with me, because I was thinking the worst. When we visited the Baseline and Power location a young lady by the name of Day helped us, what a joy she was. Day listened to my concerns and helped me understand the facts and differences between Sprint and T-mobile. They didn't have a suitable replacement for my tablet, so she ordered it, I received it in 3 days, and she told me her schedule so I could come see her to complete the set up of the tablet.
I can't yet say if T-mobile will retain me as a customer, but because of Day at this location I am going to give the company a chance.
Heads up to the management team, have that girl train your staff, customer service is the only reason some people will stay loyal to your business.

Update: I am still with T-mobile and was in the store this week to find ways to lower my business account phone line, and as a team all pitching in they were able to cut $45 a month off of my bill. This was awesome.

Had to stop into the Power/Baseline store today to switch out my Samsung phone. I was greeted by all the associates and Mike asked how he could help me.

What a great guy he is, very knowledgeable, personable and engaging, super nice. Mike was patient, explained everything. I was impressed. I had a really good experience and left in a way better mood than when i walked in. Thank you Michael!

As a side note, the other associates were all very nice. Highly recommend this store.

Right from the get go my customer service experience was excellent at this store. Called and talked to Kayla. She went WAY beyond 5 star customer service. I was looking to obtain a modem and router to hook up to the internet
for my home. She signed me up, registered my modem, set my modem up, set my password up and even help set up my auto pay. All I had to do is plug in when I got home. She even gave me a $50.00 doller rebate. Wow! Right when I walked in the store I could tell Kayla loves to help customers. She will go the extra mile for you to make your experience a great one. Don't look further. If you love SUPER customer service. Ask for Kayla at the T Mobile Baseline and power Rd Store. 👍😊

I went into t mobile fully prepared to get another, more expensive phone cause i wanted better pictures. Associate Alex helped me out… he asked me how he could help. I told him i needed a better camera and wanted to see what they had. Instead of making a easy sale, he went into my phone configuration, changed a few settings… BOOM! Not only better pictures, but the videos, night and day better…. I’ve been with t mobile over 15yrs… Alex is the reason i stay…. And, he’s got a customer for life!

I had been having troubles for over a month trying to make an insurance claim and getting little to no help online or in other stores. But I went in today and was helped by Kayla and she managed to give me more help in less than an hour than I had gotten anywhere else in a month. She was super nice and showed that she actually cared about the customer, not just getting through the day. She helped me file an insurance claim AND helped me get a new apple watch I had been wanting for almost $150 off. She was very knowledgeable of the whole process and the devices. 10/10 would recommend asking for her when you go in.

The salesperson, Michael, went above and beyond what he had to do. Instead of just selling me the modem I needed to use T-Mobile Internet, he did all the initial setup so all I had to do at home was plug it in when I got home.
