The UPS Store

The store workers were great! They wrapped everything so well! We shipped eight boxes of ceramics and breakables from AZ to OR. Everything made it home in perfect condition! The crew was fantastic. They were kind and had a great sense of humor and did a beautiful job! Thank you very much!! :)

We've been coming here on a regular basis for over 2 years now. The owners and employees are always very helpful and accommodating.
We use this location for our mail as well as returns.
Understandably, there will be times they're super busy - not their fault we showed up at the same time, right?
Muster up a bit of patience, understanding, and be respectful 🙂
(Another plus is it smells like Cold Stone creamery in there from next door all the time!)

We have gone there two different times for their notary service. This service is on a first come-first serve basis. We called ahead the first time to see how long the wait time was. It happened to be a time when there weren't many people waiting. Their notary (or notaries) also works behind the counter doing everything else, so you have to stand in line with everyone else who is waiting for other services. The line wasn't long. The staff was patient, helpful, and efficient with everyone they served. They do get busy, so prepare to be in line if you get there during their busy hours.

I went in to have some memorial card made for my daughter's funeral and I have to say I was so pleased with the help I received from Augustine. He helped me pick out the paper even went out of his way to find the perfect paper that made them look so beautiful. I would highly recommend this UPS store. I go here to take back my Amazon returns and they are all so kind, easy to work with and always a smile and a have a great day when we're finished.

Justin and Manny are 5 star customer service all the way. They are friendly and helpful and because of these two gentleman I will definitely be giving them my continued business!!!!

I am a pilot/flight instructor and needed help laminating checklist and flashcards of maneuvers to use as teaching aids for my students. These guys went above and beyond to help me with this project and were more than kind. Most people think of UPS for only shipping but this place can help with many a tasks. Would highly recommend this store and location!

10/10 we have used their mail box service and have never had a problem. The guys who work her are always so nice! Great customer service. Although there are a lot of Karen/Kyle customers. So just take note on that. :)

Wonderful store. No issues from me. Unlike these other reviewers who expect a red carpet event to be help for their very presence, I understand it's a shipping business. It's simple; print your own label, seal up your own box and drop it off. Make sure you get a receipt and even a tracking # if at all possible. How hard is that?

Manny is always awesome! I go out of my way to visit the pros here! Justin the Manager and Manny both treat all with a nice greeting. Both gentlemen complete the service and are kind to people like me who do not know much about technology.

Justin was incredibly helpful with our visit. We are newlyweds and were sending off our marriage license. Justin verified accuracy on the order and gave us helpful tips for changing my wife’s last name. Thank you Justin!

I had Amazon returns to drop off. The associate received my promptly and courteously and I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Thank you for a quick and easy experience.

I highly recommend this location. I am a small business owner from Virginia and I needed package pick-up service from The City of Mesa. I called & spoke with a knowledgeable customer service Rep & was given prompt service.
