I had an awesome experience with this store, highly recommend! I called ahead of time to check what I needed to come in with to change my entire family of 5 to a family Go5G plan and Dante was extremely helpful over the phone, he let me know the numbers and things I needed to port the numbers over from another phone provider and he let me know he would take care of our situation whenever we went in person. Once at the store, he took care of EVERYTHING, ported our numbers from the other provider so quickly and seamlessly, he also worked with us to maximize the deals we could get for new lines and new phones and we're super grateful! He was so patient with us because we had to take care of a lot of things, and was so helpful and kept us informed of every step in the process. My entire family now has such great service with T-mobile and they love their new phones! Very grateful for his help, so I highly recommend this location and Dante if you need to do anything with phone plans or new phones!

I won't bore you with the details, but Ismæl the Retail Associate Manager was able to do what no other (store) employee in VA, MA and on the phone could do- that is, successfully help me cancel an old Sprint account that had been costing me $80/month. He was very patient, asked all the right questions and, importantly, I could absolutely tell he cared. Great service with a smile.

I went into the store today to address a network issue with my phone. I was helped by Gisselly. She worked diligently to fix the issue on my phone. She ended up having to install a new sim card and facilitate a network reset with technical support. I will need to wait a few hours to see if it works, but if it doesn't I'm confident I will continue to receive excellent customer service and a satisfactory resolution will be reached.

I was also very impressed with how Gisselly handled an impatient customer who thought he had been skipped in line. Despite his rudeness she stayed respectful, courteous, and upbeat. She did an excellent job of helping me while simultaneously signing in arriving customers and answering phones. Her attention to customer service was exemplary despite the busyness in the store.

Walked in there with a very long list of questions/concerns before agreeing to switch carriers. The associate manager, Ismael helped me out the whole time. Best ever. Would recommend.

I just spoke with (lennny/leni) on the phone, sorry if the spelling is wrong. Anyways i was inquiring about switching my phone number from another company. He was amazing, told me exactly what info i needed to bring. Was very straight foward. He had great customer service & was very sweet!

I just wanted to thank Yesenia Crus my T mobile expert for the amazing customer service that she provided me while at the T mobile store at 5010 Buckeystown Pike ste 124!!! She was not only professional but she was very patient in helping me get signed up with additional I cloud storage on my I phone which she had to call apple customer service to get it done for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed any help with their I phone or service !!! She was truly a pleasure to be with. Thx

Jay and Ismael were awesome. My wife and I came in to trade in old phones and leave Verizon, Jay was able to answer all of our questions and assist with the new phone setup. Ismael was a huge help assisting with an issue I encountered later that day and I couldn’t recommend this store or T-mobile enough.

Quick and fast service, Jesus was very helpful. Answered questions and fixed the issue I had with my phone.

Stopped in around 12 on Sunday. We were greeted by Jorge right away. He’s super friendly. They were really busy but he was on top of everything. We were helped almost immediately walking in the door. I don’t have enough good things about Jorge he was nice has an amazing personality. Any time he had to stop and help someone else be it another customer or coworker he apologized which wasn’t necessary at all. I would have waited all day for him to be the rep we spoke to. He got us all set up and one phone was having trouble transferring at no point did he get flustered. T-Mobile is extremely lucky to have him as an employee and that is what will keep me coming to this location. We have one closer to home but they don’t have a Jorge. Absolutely amazing customer service and really knows his stuff. I hope the right people see this and he’s recognized for it because he deserves it. The switch to T-Mobile from sprint was super easy. This location is also very clean we will be back for anything else we need.

I went in today because I replaced my broken phone with a new one and needed a new SIM card. The gentleman (I think his name was William?) was super helpful and patient when my new phone didn't activate right away. He tried 3 times and it finally worked! In the past, I have had bad experiences in Sprint stores where the associates would act annoyed when problems like these would arise, but not today! I'm super grateful for his patience and for that I will absolutely be back to this location. Thank you so much William!!

The BEST T-Mobile store in Frederick!! Highly Recommend!! Great customer service! Great Managers and Associates! I was immediately greeted by the manager, Giselly upon entering the store. She was kind and courteous and checked me in. She then told me an associate would be out momentarily to help me. A few minutes later Cameron came out and introduced himself to me. He was also very kind, courteous, and most of all helpful. He answered all of my questions, helped me pick out a few new gadgets, and he helped me set them all up. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He made the whole process seamless and easy. If your shopping T-Mobile, this is the store to come to

Jorge was amazingly accommodating! I felt so bad that my aunt was such a troublesome customer, but Jorge kept a smile on his face and kept it moving the whole time and honestly having worked retail myself I couldn’t manage that with such a horrible person. He’s extremely competent and doesn’t rush you at all while making sure you’ve understood everything before moving to the next subject. Everyone I spoke to at this location was wonderful.

Had a screen replaced today. Dropped phone off came back a little over an hr later and phone was done. Asked when I would have to swap my Sprint devices to Tmobile. They swapped the sim cards in the 2 phones that I had with me. Nothing changes on your account or bill. Now running on the Tmobile network. Will be getting the other 2 phones on my account swapped over soon. Have had 3 screens and a charger port replaced over the last 2 yrs on multiple different devices with no issues. Staff has always been nice and very helpful.

Ali was wonderful rep. He accomplished something on my phone for me that no one has been able to do in 6 years!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I had a rare SIM card issue and no matter what I did, I couldn't seem to resolve it. My phone suddenly had no connection to the network. I started at another T-Mobile location where I spent two hours. I ended up leaving there out of frustration. I then called T-Mobile tech support for an additional two hours. Again, no success. I finally decided to try this T-Mobile store. WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The BEST T-Mobile customer care and tech team I’ve ever experienced!

I was immediately greeted by the manager Spencer, who handed me off to the tech-lead Anthony. They both worked tirelessly to resolve this issue, which ended up being a very tough issue to resolve. It took calls to multiple teams to troubleshoot. Anthony never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, and everyone made me feel like I was family.

When there seemed to be no answers, they got it fixed… all on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND! My phone now works, and thanks to them, I was able to keep my number.

Because of them, I’m not taking my business to another carrier.
