I have always had good experiences at Home Depot, and this location continues that legacy with excellent results. Hats off to their customer service team for helping me with an item suffering from a manufacturer defect. They were professional, fast to act, and understanding of the issues I experienced. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience.

Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE renting a moving truck through Home Depot, and what a great experience. The first moving truck that had electric windows, a rear camera for backing up, and was ultimately cheaper than U-Haul! I plan on using them again in a couple weeks! A+! (P.S. the gas tank that you need to fill up before you take it back is on the drivers side, INSIDE the door!)

I come here often and enjoy the friendly staff I am used to seeing. They make conversation which is nice. Garden center is where I spend most of my time. The kids love to pick different flowers for our backyard. Good prices and quality items.

I always go early and the morning staff are incredible. Super nice, super helpful. I needed info on a nail gun and Becky was the expert I needed. We talked about pneumatic vs battery and she had great recommendations. My favorite location

My service was copying a key. It was done using an entirely customer-run kiosk, and then I was able to use self checkout. This is the 2nd time I've completed a necessary service without having to talk to anyone, nor have anyone approach me.

It took me 5-7 minutes to copy the key and pay for it, and not one person bothered me by speaking to me or approaching unprovoked. Absolute win.

Who doesn't love home Depot. Don't answer I don't want to know. This one in particular has outstanding customer service in comparison to the many depots I have visited. Just sayin...

The store is very clean. I walked in to buy a drill bit and a pair of gloves and the store is laid out in a way where I could easily,for me, find everything I needed.
The sell staff was very courteous the only thing is if you go to shop there be sure to be ready for self checkout because there's only one terminal open for regular checkout. So if you're not interested in actually scanning all the things that you buy you'll have to wait in line but that's okay the line was short. All in all great Home Depot. I just love the fact that they stay open till 10pm. Gr8 store.

I was very impressed by this Home depot because of the customer service being very professional and customized. I also found the garden center to be very organized and clean. Even compared to the home depot that I usually go to in Mesa. It was particularly in the garden center, and the reps' name was, I believe was Dave, who worked in the mornings...I think it was this recent last Wednesday at the Rio Salado Pkwy store. He went out of his way to brainstorm with me on what I could do or use for a chickem project that I had and it worked! Because of him, I felt more comfortable in the store and I stayed longer and bought more items. I'm always grateful for willing and helpful people at stores that im not familiar with. I didn't know all the items In that store and he talked to me like a person and not just a customer. Thanks Home Depot, for having Dave in the AM in the gardening section, on your staff. He deserves your attention.

Always well stocked with what I need. The roaming associates always helpful.

I went to Home Depot a few weeks ago when they were having the kids workshop. Kudos to Erika for working with the kids so well. So patient and friendly and really puts her energy into having fun with the kids. Will definitely take my niece to one of these workshops in the future if she is there.

Best Home Depot I've ever been to in the entire nation! I was asked in 4 different times by employees if they could help me find something. That was awesome! At other Home Depots, I've had to track employees down to ask where something is. It is out of the way for me, but I will start using this store when possible!

Great store for all home improvement needs. Service is lacking in the store.. that's my only complaint, every HD I go to, I need to hunt down someone to help.

I like the area and its shopping. Home depot always good 2 go.

Hello, my name is Yarden partouche and I want to share about very professional and kind service I got this evening.
I went to the Home Depot to return some stuff for my renovation and to exchange some also as soon as I get in I found her very happy to help with everything I was needed and also she talked to my construction guy over the phone to get exactly what he needs to keep working.
We have been to together almost an hour and her attitude was fabulous and her name was Susan Tonniges.

I’m giving a five star today only because iris was very sweet and talked to me and my baby while I wanted for my husband to come up to registers. Loved the Christmas display area. We found everything mainly because my husband use to work at this location.

But….we were not impressed with Susan who checked us out. Not sure if it was getting close to her end of shift or what but she seemed confused 🫤 on what she was doing even with me trying to help. My husband had to tell her 3 times we had 2 different kinds of boxes heavy duty and regular different prices. Hope she had a better day tomorrow.
