AT&T Store

Very satisfied with the service. I came in with a plan in mind and the associate assisted me without trying to oversell me. He did provide all my options but ultimately made me feel comfortable with my overall decision. He did not have the color in stock so he had to order online. Not sure how commission works but if he lost a sale for not purchasing in house I couldn't tell because his tone was the same throughout the interaction. I was with my 3 year old and he assisted me in the right amount of time. I wasn't rushed or pressured. I haven't received my phone yet but based on my interaction I am confident my expectations have been met.

I walked into the store and I was greeted with a smile from the employees. I had some concerns about my phone bill. They were very accommodating to me and were able to help me pick a plan with a more affordable cost that was within my budget. Thanks Ernesto you were awesome :)

I walked in needing a new phone. The store was super busy, but the manager was still very kind and assisted me right away. I told him my needs and he was kind enough to not only help me but also added teacher discount. This is one of the best AT&T stores I’ve ever been to, shout-out to the store manager, Ernesto!

I’m really glad they have someone who speaks Spanish. Earlier this week my mom went it and needed some help with her account, there was a Spanish speaking worker there that got her all settled.

I ordered a phone and needed some help setting it up. Mike helped he was very friendly, polite and patient answering my questions. While I was there I wanted to get a screen protector and a case he took the time to show me what they had and which one was the best for my Samsung S23 Ultra, he even installed both. He even offered once I was ready to send my S21 Ultra back in to come see him and he would help to make sure everything was good to go. I cannot say enough great things about Mike. I will definitely be telling everyone that needs a phone or some accessories to go in and to ask for Mike

The AT&T agent greeted us as we entered. She answered all our questions quickly and clearly. Lastly she did an excellent job installing my screen protector.

The store manager, Ernesto was very helpful when I came in for my upgrade. He know what I wanted and did it in less than 15 minutes. Will for sure return here if I ever need anything!

By far the best crew! It was so easy getting my old phone transferred to my new one. They helped me so much, especially the manager Ernesto with the best advice!

Good experience, Mike in particular was very helpful and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me despite how swamped with customers he was. Got me some savings I didn't realize I could, and stayed after closing to help me get everything transferred to my new phone.

I was a hot mess when a breakfast run turned into a lost IPhone. I encountered Vanessa when I arrived at the store and she was very patient and kind during my distress over losing my phone. Vanessa was able to help me figure things out pretty quickly and appeared to be quite knowledgeable with handling the transaction to fix my dilemma. I have been to this location many times and have always had a great experience. Thank you again Vanessa for your amazing customer service.

I came into at&t today and work Michael and Ernesto and was a pleasant experience. They were both very knowledgeable and help me solve my issues promptly and n a timely manner. I would recommend this location for everyone and i will continue to come to this location everytime.

Winter has been an amazing help to me when I was extremely frustrated with transferring my service from boost to AT&T. She went above and beyond to make sure all my problems were addressed. She is very knowledgeable and I was very lucky to have her assistance. Great customer service skills!

We would like to recognize and praise Winter Miller for giving us an exceptionally high level customer service experience!! We signed on with an AT&T in-home consultant to transfer ten of our cellular phone lines over to AT&T with his word that he would be our account manager going forward and any questions or concerns we had should be directed to him.  Right after he left we realized that there was no phone coverage in our house and were unable to make or receive phone calls.  We attempted to contact him by text and calling him from our home phone but received no response.  We did this for two full days, all the time having no cell service in our homes.  For the next three days we called customer service, the consultants boss, and over ten agents later we still had no resolution. Finally an agent recommended that we to go to the point of sale and we ended up at Winter's store where we met Eve who heard our matter and recommended we come the next day and speak to Winter.  She said to us "She's the one that can help you".  We came the next day, and Winter sat down on the floor to listen to us, heard our matter, we showed her all of the text messages we sent, calls we made and paperwork we received.  Granted, this whole situation had nothing to do with her, but she made us feel safe and heard and assured us that this matter would be taken care of. She said "I'll take it from here".  She navigated the whole process from beginning to end!!! She got our trade-in phones back, handled the matter with integrity, all the while communicating with us on our home phone every step of the way.  She did all of this while handling other customers in the store, managing conference calls and keeping our progress moving at the same time.  Because of the dream team, Winter and Eve, we were able to resolve this entire issue, and though we didn't stay with AT&T due to no coverage where we live, we would have because of how wonderful they were in providing solutions for us.  Winter gave us a customer service experience that was unprecedented and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her.  She took what seemed to be a hopeless and very frustrating situation that we have never encountered before and seemingly had no way out, and provided solutions and made us feel like family.  Anyone we know that is considering AT&T we will absolutely send them to her store!!!

Broke My phone riding home and Denise helped me that same day, she was very friendly and explained everything well so I actually know what I’m getting myself into. Already loving the new management!! 100% recommend going to her for any help you need. 🙌🏼

Mike did an AMAZING job assisting me today with upgrading my devices. He was knowledgeable and helped educate me on everything I need to know for my new devices. Thanks again for being a rock star!!!

You both were kind, helpful and answered all of my questions so I could make informed decisions. I have been an ATT customer for almost 20 years and today’s experience reminded me why I am such a loyal customer! Keep it up!
