Walmart Supercenter

I always get whatever I need done quickly and efficiently at my local Walmart. The staff are all amazing.

I love this store they have almost everything you might need. The prices are very good. The store is very well kept everything is clean and the shelves are well stocked. The people that work there are very nice. The only bad thing about this place is the long self checkout lines but I guess that can't be helped. Unlike other stores where the people that are at the door don't bother the hell out of you to see your receipt.

Ordered on App. For pick up. All was great. Not a bad wait time. Produce fresh. Happy so far with new membership.

Pickup are friendly & very helpful ,& one don't need to wait long for them to come & hand us out our groceries. Awesome service! Best I have found in any other Walmart pickup services so far!

Never do not pick up groceries on a Friday. This place was swamped and the average pickup is 2 hours. Did I ever say don't pick up groceries on a Friday! Those kids worked so hard to really make everybody happy.

What can you say about Walmart. The place is clean the workers are helpful. And you usually see something out of the ordinary as in people

I come to this Walmart once or twice a week. Good service and I almost always find what I need.

The other locals always make it interesting!

I've been shopping so Walmart consistently for 35 years, and the service ama produce quality has been much better lately. Very impressed.

Every customer that enters Walmart cuts a wound into our local businesses every time we do it, and we know this, and we know that you know this, and we know that you know that we know this, and yet we all shop there. Just maybe we could treat it like an indulgence and use moderation...

I enjoy shopping at this Walmart. It’s conveniently located in Mesa Riverview Plaza. This Walmart is nicely spaced out compared to others. This location does not feel crowded, such as being overpacked with products. This location is clean and the staff are friendly.

This location is always busy. Self checkout lines move pretty quick. There might be a few lanes open with a cashier depending on the time of day.

Turns out I broke the record for "most stuff in the Self Checkout" ... according to the Walmart employee that was on observation duty. He was quite impressed 😂 to say the least. I don't shop Wally world that offten. This location in Mesa is a pretty dang busy every time I go in and the shelves are kinda wiped out sometimes! Truth be told I had a hankering for those yummy cookies...the white puffy sugar ones with lots of frosting and sprinkles that come in like a 20 pack! The were all long gone, probably because of the memorial day long weekend. Good experience 👍 tho .. thanks Wal-Mart!!!

I love going here on the weekend in the mornings to shop and get some steps in. Store is always clean and employees are nice.

My mother had passed away and she left me with some Walmart stocks and I was able to sign my name with my social security card and my driver's license and they cashed them

A necessity

This store is organized and fully stocked. If you can not find what you're looking for, there is plenty of staff to ask. Fresh produces great prices as always. The lowest prices on vitamins and pain relief it can be expensive, but not here at Walmart. This is actually the best Walmart I've shopped at in the Phoenix area. However, I don't think an employee looking at receipts as shoppers leave the store is a lawful experience. I refuse to show it!!

Very hard workers here, they have an amazing team all the time!

Had my oil changed. I was checked in and had my oil change completed in less than 45 minutes. Most importantly, it was the most cost-effective even with the upgraded oil. Under $60 for my suv. The staff was very friendly and the service area was clean. They also had a small waiting area that was temp controlled.

Today, I went to Walmart Supercenter (Store # 2482 @ Mesa Riverview in Mesa AZ) and used the Self-Checkout register and selected $60.00 cash back. I gathered my items and exited the store to catch the bus back home. While on the bus I realized I didn’t retrieve my $60.00 cash back. My first thought was to just consider it a loss, right??? I couldn’t stop thinking about the $60.00 so I called the store and Lisa from the Customer Service desk answered. I told her my story and I was waiting for her to start laughing at me and to say, “Sorry Nick, but I’m unable to assist you with this request.”

Here’s what Lisa did instead: LIsa obtained the register # listed on my purchase receipt and told me she would investigate and call me back. 15 minutes later I received a call from Lisa and to my wonderful surprise, she reviewed the footage which displayed another Walmart customer returning the $60.00 to the Self-Checkout Attendant on duty and she followed up by giving the funds to her supervisor for safe keeping.

Lisa was fantastic in assisting me today! Lisa’s natural ability to make me feel at ease as I explained the nature of my call was phenomenal. I no longer felt like an idiot and embarrassed from the HUGE mistake that I made.

Thank you Lisa for your great customer service skills and for coordinating the pick up of my $60.00 with your fellow co-workers. All of you worked so well as a team and I could feel the enthusiasm from the fellow co-workers when I picked up the funds. I don’t know the anonymous customer who did the right thing, but her generous heart allowed the rest of us to have a good moment for humanity.

Lisa, please say thank you on my behalf to all of your co-workers!!!

On a side note: I do about 95% of all my shopping at Walmart and mostly online. I’m only in the store about once a week. ALL the staff are outstanding, so, I should not have been surprised with all of Lisa’s efforts today.
