Suggested a battery, recycled my old one and helped with the install. Was also super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Did it all in less than 20 minutes!

Called them, they immediately picked up, maybe I got lucky since I wasn't busy. I came by to verify to make sure I got the right headlights, Manny who came out and helped me check what I needed, he was friendly and knowledgeable, he was a great help.

Supposed to get a part from a different branch store but their power was out so I called this store and they said they could accommodate me and I was very pleased

I came in for windshield wipers and a good employe, who did not mean to , accidentally broke my window. Nancy the Manager contacted me and within 1 day she took care of my window. Great customer service. She was so helpful

Nancy, the store manager, was awesome. I called and she said that she’d have to measure my windshield wipers to get the right one, and said that she’d install them when I got there, plus filling my windshield fluid dispenser. She did both. Great service!!! Thank you again, Nancy.

I had some parts to return and unfortunately didn’t bring my receipt so the associate said she couldn’t help me. She said she couldn’t look up my return with a phone number. I called customer service and America Leyva was able to email me a copy of my receipt’s within a few minutes.

I went back into the store and this time Gloria assisted me and she provided outstanding customer service! She was helpful, kind, professional and processed my transaction instantly. She smiled the whole time and it showed that she is very compassionate about her job. Thank you Gloria! You rock!

I needed to replace the battery in my car fob and the two young gentlemen at the desk went above and beyond in making sure I had the right battery. They even installed it for me so I wouldn't have any problems with it. It was refreshing to find "old fashioned service with a smile" from such young men. (I was there 8/4/21 at around 9:30 am...)

I had very nice shopping experience in this store. I really want to say thanks to Sanam (I got to know his name from his name tag), who is the asst store manager. He provided excellent customer service! I can't say enough thanks to him for his great help when I went there to buy a new battery in late evening.

Would like to thank Doron at Commercial Sales. He has exceptional customer care skills, while communicating you understand that this guy has years of quality service behind. Pleasure to have business with such professional person. Autozone should hire more mature employees like Doron.

I would like to give a special thank you to Sebastian. I when to this location to purchase a car battery, and even though it was raining outside, I ask if he would be able to install it, he said “yes”. Again thank you so much Sebastian.

Went there to get a new battery and had the pleasure of working with Mauricio. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They weren't able to replace my battery (hybrid) but! he did provide me with all the info I needed to get the correct one and suggestions where to get it installed. He even personally jumped my car so I could get to my next destination. Excellent customer service 🔥❤

David (AZ Curtner SJ) in a respectful tone of voice explained things to me, showed me where I plug the tester. He spoke to customers in a professional manner. He is very knowledgeable. The rest of the AZ employees are well mannered, courteous to customers

This review is past due. I had the pleasure of meeting Brando yesterday. He was super helpful and gave outstanding customer service. He was able to get me back on the road within 20 min. If you stop by, talk to Brando.

Great service today. My 16 year old daughter went to the San Jose DMV for her driver's test and oops! brake light not working. The examiner kindly told us to come here and get the light fixed, then come back same day and they would still take her. So we came to this AutoZone, and I wish I knew the name of the guy who helped us. Replaced BOTH brake light bulbs in a matter of minutes! It would have taken me a much longer amount of time if I hadn't run across this wonderful employee. She passed her test and now I have brake light bulbs that will work another 13 years.

I want to let it be known that a fellow employee by the name of Michael gave me most and stellar service he took the time and patiently put in both of my headlights that I desperately need it in and then after the job was done he left me with a smile and said thank you for your business and I said thank you for your hospitality I would like to have this man move up in the company he is worth it !!

Haven't had the work done yet on my sister's car, but very friendly and very knowledgeable mechanics.

Busy at lunch time, but they had very efficient employees, and always get the parts I need,you may take this as a given, but I went to O'Reilly and Napa, and they try to sell me a different part (a hose for my truck), actually they did on O'Reilly 😅🙄, but i went to return and get my money back (no hassle, great!)
