Fry's Pharmacy

Very polite staff. Got my prescriptions no problem. Don’t really know what else to judge the pharmacy for.

I’m in and out quickly. I never come to pick up my medication unless I get the phone call that it’s ready so I don’t show up and leave empty handed & have to return. Staff is nice as well.

This is my Fry's. I love it. Always clean, friendly managers and staff. Always go out of their way! Very busy store

They have a nice variety and selection of items. I don't usually need to go anywhere else to get the things I need including cleaning supplies, clothing, and pharmacy goods. We've been shopping at this store since it was a Smitty's, and we are very happy with the improvements over the years.

I switched from the Fry’s Pharmacy on E. Main Street to the one on Mckellips and Staples. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and often go above and beyond. No matter what time of the day I go to pick up my prescriptions, there is either no waiting time or a very short waiting time, even if there is a long line. They are quick and efficient at getting people through the line. I always call them the day before my prescriptions are due, and they are even nice on the phone and keep me updated. Sure, it’s a 20 minute drive there compared to a 2 minute drive to the one on Main Street, but it’s far worth the longer trip, as the one on Main either ran out of stock or there was a long waiting time. If anyone uses a Fry’s pharmacy, the one on Staples and Mckellips is the one to use if you are not satisfied with the current Fry’s pharmacy you use. Highly recommend!

Only complainers ever post I swear. Listen up- This is my normal pharmacy. They are just fine. I see the same people every week, there automatic refill system works just fine and I've been using these guys for 10 years now. They go by the book. They do call my Dr. on my behalf as needed, they will research with my insurance as needed, they refill all my meds and all works out just fine- every time.

I love this pharmacy!! Every tech and or Pharmacist that I've dealt with has been very friendly and professional. Several of techs know me by name and will start the check-out process before I even reach the counter. In all the years I've been using this pharmacy, I've only had one instance where a prescription was not ready when promised, and to compensate me for that inconvenience, I received a $20 Fry's gift card! I call that excellent customer service!

The five star review is for Chelsea and Chelsea only. If it wasn’t for her I would never come here. She is the back bone to the pharmacy. When she’s there everything runs smoothly.

I always shop there. Pharmacy is very helpful and helps me get the lowest price on my prescriptions. Nice selection of non-food items, like clothes, outdoor stuff and home decor. I find that the store brands are as good as or better than major brand items.

Long was just amazing at administering the vaccine. I was in and out and he was very comforting. I highly recommend going to this location. Super clean pharmacy and was no wait. Thanks long!!

Great selection if you get there early. The later it gets the more substitutions your shopper will have make. The shoppers are all really friendly and fast. Highly recommend this location.
