My daughter's pinkeye prescription was ready within 40 minutes of the doctor sending it in! They did not have the children's benadryl as a prescription, but the pharmacist was happy to grab me an over the counter generic version so I would not have to come inside with three sick kids in tow.
She was also pleasant and super helpful.

The pharmacy and front store employees are really nice and pleasant to their customers. I get my prescriptions at this CVS and they always give good customer service and would go above and beyond to help to fix problems with your medications or help me save money on it. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

The pharmacy staff here are the best. We are often out of state for work reasons, and this pharmacy has dealt with transfers to and from this location and other problems that come with having to fill a prescription in different parts of the country. My life is far less pharmasudically challenged thanks to them. The associates in the rest of the store are very nice and helpful also.

This CVS is my jam. I'm sorry about the issues a lot of people seem to be having, and I do agree about the "pharmacist with an accent" who acts like he's too busy to answer a customer's question or will flat out ignore you, until I went off on him one day and basically told him to "respect me as I have to respect you, or lose your job!"
Now, he avoids me.
I don't care.
Everyone else is cool with me (Hi! Ms. Janet!), from the front of the store to the back, and I've worked hard to build those relationships. Yes, I've gotten angry. To the point I've come in yelling. That only happened once, and I found out as with all the conflicts I had, it was my insurance company that was in the wrong, and not CVS.
Several employees have worked hard for me, and still do, helping me to navigate the treacherous waters of Medicare. Treat the employees with kindness and respect. They'd rather give you what the Doctor prescribes, but you have to accept that they have to follow the inane rules of insurance & Medicare. And to think. I hated my insurance for forcing me to go here. It's the only thing they got right.

Absolutely the best pharmacy staff and service around. All of them are top notch. Fast, friendly and remember your name. Couldn't ask for a better pharmacy.

After spending hours upon hours waiting on hold for the "MyChart" helpline, I finally got help from the employees of the pharmacy by calling their location directly. Katie and Jordan from the pharmacy department helped me in 10 minutes with a task that CVS's email and help line couldn't address in a week of attempted contact. Thanks to them I was able to see my test results and I cannot overstate the value of being able to talk to real people as opposed to a robo-call menu.

Best pharmacy in Mesa. The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs are very knowledgeable and they are happy to help with questions or concerns. This CVS is by far the best I've ever used and I am a customer of theirs for life now!

Store manager was incredibly helpful when the photo printer got jammed. He was quick and knowledgeable in fixing the machine and made sure we left happy. What great customer service!

Valerie was very nice and welcoming. She had a bubbly personality. Shes a cool lady. Shes helpful and asks what you need yet not overbearing. 🌻🌻🌹☺

RX has always given our family great service. The phone automation was a nuisance but I changed it to text reminders and it works great.
