Walmart Neighborhood Market

Usually I don't see a need to review a Walmart, but in this case I just feel it's worth mentioning that the staff are pretty lenient and understanding. At least when it comes to the staff at night right when they are getting ready to close. Late night worries, when I've realized my two little ones are out of diapers and I have 5 minutes before a store closes. They have always let me in to grab what I need and get out without any of them giving me any sort of bad looks or anything. Thanks!

My favorite wal-mart! These guys are happy and caring and absolutely do everything they can to make their customers and delivery drivers happy! I love the staff here! You all are such amazing beautiful people, thanks so much for all you do!

Was able to grab some cash at customer service and pick up a few items for dinner. It was not to crowded and the employees were a great help . Even when the customers are rude the employees are professional and still go above and beyond to help . I am glad to see they celebrate Christmas holiday .

Chris the Manager was very helpful this morning, he answered the truck guys question and my question with positive attitude. He also helped me to identify the cash only self checkout kiosks. It was a little interaction but it helped me to feel good about my day. Thanks Chris.

Today was good there were cashiers. No waiting

I like this Walmart great location close to home! My first experience there was about 3 months ago! The entrance is looks charming with produce/bakery/deli items of the season/holiday!. Brandi at the Deli has product knowledge and prompt service! Shes very personable and friendly!! There's plenty of store associates to serve your questions. The only neg I noticed was the self checkout machines don't take cash. But the people working there is what makes me come back instead of going elsewhere!

07/13/2023: APRIL (AWESOMENESS!)
April, what a blessing she was today! I needed to pick up a few things and noticed she was disposing of some boxes. Suffice it to say I was in need of some and she happily obliged and the active word is "Happily!!"

You talk about service with a smile, in the heat nonetheless and then helped me to load everything! What! She's awesome and I hope Chris the Manager sees this and gives her a huge promotion with a raise. Its people like her who go out of their way without really knowing it as for her it just seem to come natural!

She is the type of employee you want to have around that hopefully others will emulate as it will be hard to surpass given my experience today. 100+ gold stars and then some to infinity and beyond! For service extraordinaire beyond the call of seemingly insignificant duty and that is what makes this experience so special as although doing her job she did it spectacularly!

Huge phenomenal shout out to Bryan/Brian who is always a joy to be around! He provides service with a ubiquitous smile and it resonates with each subsequent visit. It is my hope that Walmart knows when they have a good thing in their midst, but a great thing is a whole other story! Hopefully he will eventually secure a manager spot as its most deserving as he makes you guys shine just like the infectious smile that he greets one with, and willingness to always be of service! 100 stars and excellent work!

It just doesn't get much better than Jim. With each and every visit I have always been met with a smile, thoughtfulness, product assistance if needed and outstanding customer service!

He informed me last visit that he was moving on and hopefully not being appreciated (as he is just wonderful) didn't hasten his departure as this is truly the kind of employee Walmart needs to hold on to instead of allowing this wonderful man star to shine elsewhere!

Mega shout out to the very wonderful, thoughtful, empathetic and most helpful SHAWNA! She is just a doll, and patient as Job in the bible! This beautiful young lady is most worthy of this review and just a sweetheart! She helped me load my groceries and and bags into my vehicle without, was very methodical, gracious, and professional.

A kind, and gentle giant of a young man who asked management if he could step away momentarily to assist me with a huge basket of groceries and bags. Yes it was a lot but he assisted like a warrior and got everything into my vehicle nicely. He deserves this shout out and he is awesome!

Question, can you ever say enough good things about someone? Particularly having just met them and they personify exceptional customer service, empathy, patience, grace, kindness, thoughtfulness, and an endearing persona that it is hard to forget yet measure up to!

Someone that goes over and beyond and seemed to truly enjoy doing it exuding service with a smile that pretty much rounded the entire experience out! Well that someone is Walmart Manager PAUL!

In sharing this experience I had $60.00 in change that I had saved up and decided to cash it in. Being completely oblivious to how it all worked I asked for help at the CS desk, and that is when I met Paul.

He immediately came to the change kiosk (don't know what to call the machine) and walked me how to do it but helped me do it as the container containing said change was really heavy.

Now it was a lot of coins and took the better of part of 5 -10 minutes to complete the entire process and when it was done, Paul printed the ticket for me and made sure everything was taken care of before moving on to assist others.

That is what you call outstanding customer service as it embodies grace under pressure and this is a really busy Walmart.

Courteous employees and great selections! Clearance by the frozen section is amazing and always stocked!

The pharmacist here was friendly and helpful went out of his way to serve me best. What a wonderful experience.He was full of information and smiled the whole time. I left there feeling better and had not even taken any medicine yet.

While it doesn’t have the full selection of a standard Walmart, these local Neighborhood Markets seem to have the random things you end up making late night emergency runs to get. This store is clean, organized and quick to get through when you need to. Be ready to use the self check out more often than not, but I don’t mind, it tends to go faster anyway.

I was in a puppy crisis and needed help figuring out what to get. Janice was a huge help and she power walks faster than I do! Go Janice!! Thank you!

Wonderful easier to get around.

I'm in there almost everyday to get something. I love going here so I don't have to go to the larger Walmart it's more convenient and the employees are always nice. They are always shocked when I tell them I have 7 kids and never give attitude even when I paid with wic checks before they came out with the card (that's kinda what brought up how many kids I have I had a ton of wic checks and every baby had their own check)

I'm happy with this smaller walmart! It has pretty much everything I need on a regular grocery shopping trip, so it's perfect for me and it's close! I do wish Walmarts were better at keeping everything in the same places as each other because every time I move from City to City I have to get used to the new layout, but that's about all I have to complain about.

You all know this is a baby Wal-Mart. It was uncrowded and easy to grab my items and go.

Great store to shop! I pretty much find everything very easy. I like the quality of product and groceries that Walmart neighborhood carries. I also get all my scripts from the pharmacy it pretty much is my medication provider that my insurance pays with no problem
