They are really good! Ignore the bad reviews!!!! The store is new, and provided job for students. Yes, they make more mistakes when making your drink but it's all part of the learning processes. (: I am really happy with the service, and they have a good customer service

Had the honey almondmilk cold brew w/ extra shot! Had energy all day!!! 11 hour shift too... not crazy long shift but I did fine. Thank you starbucks! Not too busy on a Sunday morning!

The Barista's are beyond amazing and try their best to get beverages out to customers as quickly as possible with a smile!

Good Coffee and Ambience.
But is busy and crowdy almost all the time. So the waiting time is huge.
But people are super nice and friendly.
Will greet you with smile and ask really nicely, and will make amends for any of your issues with the order. Had a wonderful experience.
Also hot chocolate is awesome. I would recommend it to everyone.

I think this is a nice looking Starbucks with plenty of room. During lunch they place gets really crowded but it is understandable as it is located inside SJSU area. Mobile order is not available yet. It makes me happy thinking I don't have to go too far off campus to get a Starbucks. :) Cheers!

Nice place to relax and do homework with SJSU friends, but menu items can be sold out by near closing time. Suggest you come earlier to take advantage of the full menu!

Though the place is crowdy, the service is quick
