Takes forever, cashiers don't write down orders, mediocre coffee, dry pastries. Thanks SJSU, for at least keeping expectations even across the board.

Edit to reflect more recent changes: seems like they've gotten their stuff together quite a bit.

Slow service, took ten minutes to serve customer with no line, and then get a cup of coffee. At least the coffee was drinkable- unlike the campus Starbucks.

Very much understaffed- with only two people there. Maybe they could bring over some of the people hanging out behind the counter at the campus Starbucks?
