The bad reviews for this CVS puzzle me. I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and rarely ever had any issues. Especially with the pharmacists. Usually they’re women and they’ve always been professional and pleasant to approach to ask questions or understand information. I’m not saying no one has legitimate complaints, but I question how reasonable most of them are. I’ve witnessed customers throw downright temper tantrums because they didn’t get their way when the workers are only trying to follow the law and company policy. Plus, the techs are usually young and poorly paid meaning there is higher turnover. But they’re not trained medical professionals and I’ve seen people treat them like garbage. That leaves the pharmacist to bear the brunt of things, which they do rather miraculously given the circumstances.

I recently had a prescription sent here from the terrible location in Hammond. I would rather die of whatever ails me then to ever enter that establishment again. They were so helpful here at the Munster location. Very friendly and accommodating. Literally fixed the mistake Hammond made. AND picked up by the 2nd ring. 3 miles apart. A world of difference

The pharmacist was very gentle as she put the vaccine in. I would highly recommend her.

Extremely kind pharmacy staff that fills prescriptions in a timely manner. I recently transferred here from a Walgreens in Lansing, IL…. & I cannot express enough how nice this change has been. So from my personal experience, I highly recommend their pharmacy!

I went in today for the minute clinic and the PN Tara was extremely kind! My Appointment was at 8:50 and I was out by 9:10 it was fast I went in for immunization. Thank you for making my experience well!

The pharmacy technician was very helpful in assisting me to find an OTC medication. He followed up with the pharmacist on a question that I had. I also liked that the store wasn't crowded.

Surprised to read complaints. The people here are very kind and helpful. With everything they have gone through with COVID, let’s give people a break! No one is perfect, even if you’re a customer.
