Went there to celebrate a birthday with a few friends and I absolutely enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Brittany was our server and she was so helpful, attentive and such a pleasure! She gave great recommendations and was so pleasant with accommodating my group. I will definitely be back and will request her if possible.

Wow wow wow is all I can say! You get an upscale Chicago vibe from this place! I came in Sunday April 14th with a party of 10 celebrating me and my sisters birthday! I have always wanted to come here but never made it! The service, the food; the staff all exceeded my expectations! Everybody was so nice and friendly! I got the Steak & cake meal and it was the perfect portion! I will make this location my upscale go to! I have not stopped ranting & raving about this place!!!! They treated me and my sister like absolute queens! Top tier all around! Thank you for hosting us!

This place has the best food! It was great to have an upscale meal without having to drive downtown! Everything was cooked perfectly and came out in a timely manner. They have an array of different cocktails, and everyone was really happy with the one they picked out! I will definitely be visiting again in the future!

This was the best dining experience my husband and I have ever had, they went the extra mile to make us feel special on our leap year anniversary ❤ our waitress, Shari, was so amazing and attentive, she was sweet and took pictures for us. We will definitely be back. I wish I could give more stars because of anywhere deserves it, it's here, hands down

Stopped by for lunch and appreciated the friendly and attentive service. We shared the best steak sandwich we’ve ever had and the chicken parmigiana was beyond excellent! Try the tiramisu!- It’s also the best we’ve ever had! Highly recommend.

Shared a pic of their delicious salmon dish. Not pictured is their signature steak which is like butter in your mouth. Will have to go back to try something new; although, a repeat meal will not disappoint!

We had a wonderful late Christmas dinner here. The food was amazing, we had the lamb chops for an appetizer *chefs kiss*! I had the filet & double baked potato… AMAZING!

This is our favorite restaurant in the area. The food and service are out of this world. My mom recently passed and Gino’s was her favorite restaurant. We had Lisa as our server, mom loved Lisa. I told her that, and she bought us my mom’s favorite dessert. Unreal. Gino’s holds such a special place in my heart.

I want to start off by saying my family and I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! From the ambience, to the food, great & friendly staff just overall a great experience. Adam was and is ALWAYS our waiter he is such a joy and displays absolutely great service all the time when we come! My family and I concern is the hostesses. They are pleasant but we can recall on 2 separate occasions when we have came to Gino’s to be asked to leave due to our time limit being reached while we do understand you have policies to uphold and that might have been one of them. It was just a very uncomfortable experience considering for example their was a family ahead of us who were there and they were their for quite some time but not once did they ever let the family know to start wrapping things up and leave .. and it just so happen they ended up leaving and we got our bill. Still though one of the hostesses came up and let us know to leave as we are paying our bill this is very distasteful and uncomfortable once again. We also were being watched CONSTANTLY on the patio as we were enjoying our food with friends.. I think it’s just very unacceptable to do that to a family who comes every year almost for the buffet we enjoy around the holidays. It’s to the point we are reconsidering even coming back for thanksgiving due to this experience happening again unfortunately. Please do better that’s all we ask when it comes to your hostesses again… not taking anything away from the fact they are great workers and they are pleasant but I do feel this needs to be addressed so this won’t happen in the future. Maybe as well if this is your policy please . PLEASE make sure they stress this to those who are interested in the buffet that their is a strict time limit and it needs to be upheld as customers. We appreciate your place of business so much! Thank you for the amazing food and hospitality again as well. Definitely will continue to recommend this restaurant!!

I can't remember what my waiter's name was but she was running the show. She took our order, making sure the other servers were getting the food and drinks out and very informative about the food. I'm going back there again for sure.

First time coming here for my wife’s birthday and we were beyond impressed by the food, service and atmosphere. The NY Strip with Parm crust was out of this world and cooked to my medium rare perfection. My wife was raving over the filet mignon and crab cake. The calamari and alligator was perfect👌🏻along with the lobster bisque, homemade peppers and fresh baked bread. The best part was our server was able to get a surprise cheesecake dessert for my wife with the giant sparkler. Very clean and modern interior with a very nice bar. We will be coming here more often!

Took my hubby here to celebrate his birthday and it was great. I had the Alaskan crab legs (a bit pricey, $120) and hubby had the lamb chops but had a good taste. The drinks and dessert were good too. Alex, our waiter was fantastic! Be ready to spend a nice pretty penny as our bill with tip topped $300 easily!

The food is fabulous. We have gotten to know a waitress there, we ask for her every time we go. She’s fun, she’s got a great smile and she’s helpful in suggesting specialmeals.

We cannot rave enough about this restaurant! We are “out of towners” and would 100% make the drive here instead of downtown Chicago. Make sure you ask for Lisa. She made our entire experience amazing and worthwhile! She was knowledgeable, made great recommendations and was overall personable and friendly. On our drive back, my daughter said “I would come back as long as that nice lady is our waitress”. My daughter’s SIX! She can pick up on this and she LOVED Lisa.
The food was amazing, large enough portions, fantastic oysters, tasteful cocktails, and great desserts!

A night out with friends was special as we dined at Gino's Prime & Surf. I've been there many times, but my friends had never been. This time I tried their steak instead of my usual chicken or salmon dish. My meal was the 16 oz ribeye, garlic mash potato, asparagus soup and the house salad. For dessert I had their chocolate fudge cake with a scoop of ice cream. As usual the service was great. The food was delicious, but I'm use to the taste and texture of a higher quality of steak (grass fed).

Candace made us feel right at home! Our first time here! My granddaughters first time eating lamb and loved it! The bread and sweet peppers as a starter will keep you going. 24oz rib-eye is all that, couldn't finish it❤. Atmosphere warm and relaxing, quite comfort tunes 🎶🎵💿from late 70's on, make your reservation 🥳 Thank you Candace👋

It was amazing! It was my third time but a different location. It's great to know that this restaurant is great no matter where it's located.
