Every pet shop has different products, so visit all. Employees are helpful and nice. I can't believe how much they have in this store. If nothing else you need to check out the pet toy section. November 2, 2019. We bought K&H KITTY SILL WINDOW BED. WE DECIDED TO USE SCREWS TO FASTEN IT TO WINDOW SILL. OUR OLD ONE WE USED VELCRO. SINCE WE HAVE HAD A PERCH ON THIS WINDOW FOR 20 YEARS WE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS ONE PERMANENT. Glad we did. It is so much more stable. If we decide to take down will fill holes with wood puddy and paint. I just wish the foam was a little more dense. I also took cotton eye makeup rounds and folded each in half and put them between the wall and brackets for more stability.

I came in for certain kitty food. It was sold out. The staff member I asked for assistance, didn’t know any answers off hand as to the equivalent to what I was looking for…BUT…She read the ingredients label to several bags to make sure I was getting helped. She was very sweet and helpful.

Everyone is always very helpful. Very large selection of dog and cat food.
I like that they carry the raw and lightly cooked dog food . Clean store is a plus.

Best pet store in the area! Great selection of dog foods AND treats. Also, the staff is super friendly and understanding of my dog's needs. My dog recently had a bit of a freak out in the store and an employee rushed up and helped us calm her down. The only pet store I shop at.

Hands down the best pet store around. Excellent prices, Excellent customer service. Being a plus member really pays off, and it's free to join. Easy in and out access and most importantly pets always welcome.

EVERY time I go there, the employees are ALWAYS friendly. I am always greeted when i enter which makes for a pleasurable visit. We call it the"candy store" for our dog!!

Store is always clean, cashiers are helpful, store has supplies for most household pets. Plenty of food and snacks for dogs... this store appears to me to have more dog items than others...I personally like it "dog lover that I am", a variety of toys for personal pet needs.

Came to use the self dog wash and had an amazing experience. They provide you with towels, soap and everything you need. Staff is Friendly and helpful. Plus you get a whole 30 minutes to wash each pet for only $10. Will definitely come back

I had cat litter delivered. It came when it was suppose to be scheduled...........litter was put in correct place with each box in a bag to protect any spillage. The box had handles on the side. It is alot of work picking up 42# of litter. Thank-you for your service and a job well done. Thank-you Scott for training your employees correctly. He is fantastic!
