Best Italian Beef in The Region! We've used Pop's for catering as well & the food never disappoints. Great staff, Robert always goes above & beyond expectations!

Great food and great customer service behind the register. I didn’t get his name but the young man at the register was very attentive in taking our order. The food was prepared in a timely manner. We didn’t notice the hand written sign on the door as someone held the door open for us as we walked in and the sign wasn’t visible to us as we entered. Nonetheless the crew didn’t pressure us nor made us feel unwelcome as we stayed a little past 8:30pm. We apologized for the misunderstanding and they didn’t seem bothered by it at all. The tables could use some wiping down for the next customer to use but other than that it is a great hot dog / burger joint with many more food options for an evening outing with the family.

I like this location better than the Chicago suburb locations. My food was hot, fresh, service was prompt, place was clean and inviting. They had " specials" and that helps when your wallet is a little light in-between paychecks.

We've been Pop's fans for years but finally feel the need to tell others if you haven't checked them out you need to. Everything is made fresh to order and yet it comes out quick. As I sit in the drive thru I see their employees working hard to make each order as fast as possible. And above all the staff is friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in or pull to the drive through. We've frequented so many resteraunts over the years but for the 1)price 2) quality 3)friendliness of staff... Pops is #1 in our book.

Every time I come to Pop's I'm impressed. The food is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond to ensure fast service and customer satisfaction!

I ordered Italian beef and fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious.

Staff was polite and fast! I'd go back ! Wasn't too crowded either for a Saturday night plus again.

They have fantastic beef sandwiches unfortunately they only get the order right 40% of the time. I'm pretty sure the kids name was Chris but twice he got my order wrong. first he got my order with barbecue sauce which I hate on beef sandwiches the second time I ordered the 2 beef and fry special: the Sunday special and he gives me 2 beefs and 2 fries. And on top of that I always ask for extra wet and rarely do they ever come extra wet they're usually dry. Just heading to my edit and I'll never go to this place again and I hope portillo's runs you out of business because I'm tired of coming here finding out that you guys closed early again. I am completely astounded that a business run this poorly is still in business. This place is 💯 % turn around. I've been reluctant to change my review but the last 6 months this place has gone from last to first

I’m from Orland Park Illinois we have pops by us too but iv never had such tasty Italian beef and it was fresh piping hot!! A++ friendly service

I just want to acknowledge the staff at this fine restaurant,The customer service is what keeps me coming back And of course the delicious food items It doesn't matter what you ordered on the menu , What ever you order is treated like you ordered, a SOLID GOLD BAR. They always have a very positive attitude when serving you ,And treat you with respect not like other places . And my food is always packaged with care .I have an abundance amount of respect for this restaurant staff ,I hope you never leave the area ,I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.keep up the great work I'm Customer for life . I always enjoy a pop's Italian beef sandwich. And this location in particular makes the best one constantly.

On Nov 8th 2022 I went to Pops and tried their New Jumbo Dog. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! The Jumbo Dog was served Chicago Style and instead of being boiled it was GRILLED. The cook was asking me if I liked it I said I LOVED it. Thank You for a wonderful meal.
