I don’t write reviews, but I’ve never had a better experience at a cell store! These dudes really know their stuff and are so nice!

I’ve been here several times and every time I’ve gone in, the staff has been exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I’ve always had a good experience here and recommend their service highly.

Helpful in a variety of experiences from setting up a new account to providing information on how to split a family account in the event of a divorce.

Excellent Service! I was trying to switch my phone from a Sprint business to my own account. It was a long an complicated process and I was consistently given misinformation when I called the 611 TMobile line. Victoria and the rest of the staff walked me through it all and were very patient. I finally switched my account, got a new phone AND a smartwatch. I'm very happy with all of it.

Service from Shawn V. was superb. He was patient, knowledgeable, and personable; he explained technical issues in accessible language and offered practical tips, all of which made for a positive and productive customer experience.

Victoria & Jaquan were amazing! Fast. Efficient. Courteous. This location rocks! It has helped me in the past, And it’s where I bring all of the international students who come and stay with me. Best deal. Best coverage. Great service.

First time at this location since the Sprint-T-Mobile merger. This is for the London Road location. First off it was about 100 times cleaner than the Sprint store on the hill. The young lady that helped was very nice. I wish I could remember her name. We needed assistance getting a phone set up that we ordered. We where done in like 15min after she made 100% sure our phone worked. Will be back to this location for sure.

William and Alan are great reps. they went above and beyond to fix my difficult issue. William is super pleasant to work with and I even got myself a new top of the line mobile phone coming. thanks a bunch!

He was kind, professional, knowledgeable & very helpful! Top notch customer service. I highly recommend this Mobile Expert & store.

I have never had better service. Jake (whom I am sure was in training and is now super well trained after us) did a beyond amazing job switching us from at&t to the far superior tmobile we are now loving. He entertained, helped, and kept smiling during our problem filled 3 hour switchover. Thank you so much Jake and Jackson, if the owner reads this, PLEASE give them a raise!

I have been a T-MOBILE customer for 18 years and have never received such great customer service as I did in this store. I went in for a new car charger and came out with great deals from the guys. Imagine, I live in the Twin Cities and had to be in Duluth to feel like a truly valued customer. At times I feel like dropping T-MOBILE because many times I think my loyalty is not appreciated, but not this time. Jeff, Craig, and sorry, I didn't catch the third guy's name, are doing T-MOBILE proud. I was in the store late Friday afternoon on 11/3/2017, so those working get recognized for a great job. Thank you for putting service back in customer service.

Had great customer service from Caleb. Brought in my Razer phone to activate a sim with them and he double checked to make sure their service worked before trying to sell me anything. Laid out the plans and discussed their pricing honestly, matched what I'd looked up myself before deciding to try T Mobile. Had no activation fee for the prepaid plan that I chose.

Simple, painless, and somehow enjoyable. If I stick with T mobile I'll definitely be visiting this store branch in the future.

These guys made switching from ATT quick and easy. Although I was primarily helped by someone named Anthony, the other two guys didn't hesitate to lend a hand to their coworker; it's nice to see that kind of teamwork. I'm glad I decided against stopping at the Miller Hill mall location.

Absolutely wonderful staff and excellent managers!!!! I highly recommend this store if you want an easy and wonderful experience with an issue that you may have. I’ve never had a better experience at any phone store. Thank you!!!

I want to give a five star rating for the excellent customer service that I received from Jarrid Johnson this past Friday. I have been to many T-Mobil locations in other states and he by far tops them all. I will definitely refer
this location to all my family and friends.

Fantastic service, the staff is beyond helpful. I'm not that great with technology these guys are so helpful and take time to make it work for me. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Not to mention the great plans and 4 and 5 bars of service, had AT&T this is saving me lots of money. We also have Wi-Fi at home now plus Netflix. Happy campers here!
