Nicole on El Paseo

Last winter, we visited Nicole’s on El Paseo Drive while visiting family. I loved everything in this shop. It’s packed full of beautiful things. I purchased the most wonderful slacks, which are my favorite pants, ever. I normally would never pay $189 (made in the USA!!!) for pants, but after trying them on, they were like soft, butter, and long. I’d love more colors and, wish they had a website because I don't know when we will be back. If you’re in town, you need to visit this awesome store. ❤

Went there today as the shop looked fun and charming from the outside! Found some jewelry treasures outside the main store, and started seeing gifts and all sorts of unusual and cool gifts, home decor and then check out the Clothes. My style,

Great styles kicked up a notch from Macys! I had a personal stylists Sara and Trisha. They even closed a bit later to help me! I have never been so satisfied in my life with these gals! Loved my purchases ! Very unique store!

Love this store. Every time I’m in town I have to go check out what New fun stuff they have. My must go to place in the desert.

I purchased a beautiful scarf wrap that a model was modeling from their store at a lunch - fashion show. I was told that the purchase price was a $130 and that it was hand painted and silk. Fell in love with it so I purchased it, later I received an email receipt of my purchase and they charged me a $155 not a $130 when I got home I looked at the label inside of the clothing and it was not silk it said a 100% rayon made in China.

Can't remember last time I returned anything to a store. But two days ago, I purchased 3 pieces totaled over $500+. One piece was a little coat but when I got it home, it just did to fit with my style. I returned it and asked for a refund. NO WAY, YOU ONLY CAN GET STORE CREDIT. So I advise anyone to think twice before purchasing anything in this over-priced store. Nicki, who was behind the counter was very unfriendly - short black haired gal - was not happy with me at all - on the rude side. I will not go back there and will keep buying my clothes at the friendly stores in PS like: Blonde, Will Stiles, Trina Turk, Francesca, Free People, Jonny Was & Oooh La La. Courteous sales people in all of these and they do not overprice like Nicole's prices are.

I went back there to buy a black dress I had seen before and the old lady who works there is so rude. I almost felt discriminated against. She was keeping an eye on me like I was going to steal something. I wanted to make a call and she told me to go outside because it would interfere with the internet?. I don't know how that's possible but it was disappointing. Never coming back again

The old hag that works there is beyond rude. I hope this store goes out of business. Her Christmas ornaments for the Christmas season are DOLLAR TREE quality.
