I had a headlight out and needed someone to help me put a new bulb in. I was originally told no by the kid at the counter, even though I called that morning to make sure someone could do it for me. However, when I paid for the part, Tina said she would help me out if I could wait for her to help a few more customers since they were kinda busy. After only a few minutes, she came out and installed my new headlight with the help of her co-worker, Tim. As a single woman who has NO CLUE about car stuff, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this wonderful customer service!! Thank you so much :)

Thanks Rex and Derrick after the 3rd store of the day I was able to get my car up and running. Derrick helped me out on the phone and Rex was able to explain what I needed to do and purchase was fast and easy. When I came back with the core he even made sure my battery and alternator was working properly. Couldn't have asked for better advice and help. Its great customer service like this that makes people return.

this is my favorite O'Reilly Auto Parts it's out of the way the clerks all know what they're doing and very helpful and friendly. they have a handicapped accessible ramp to the entrance and handicap parking they do not have automated handicap doors. if you can't find a part like at any O'Reilly's they can get it to you really quickly

This O'Reilly is better than most. I've never been real impressed with the quality of parts I get from O'Reilly's and in this case I had to warranty a sensor with them. The staff in this store has always treated me with prompt competent service. They all seem to know something about cars and they know how to do their jobs like professionals. It was real busy and they seemed to want to help. The 5 stars are for the staff of this store - not the product or the brand. I really hope that O'Reilly's corporate appreciates that their staff can change a rating from a 1 - for at least having junk in stock- to a 5 - for caring, not arguing, and doing everything they can for every customer during a busy time.

Mike is my most favorite parts man. He is very nice and funny. He knows a lot about vehicles of all kinds. He helped us to keep our flood car going until we could afford a new car. He has helped us save our vehicles many many times.

Customer service was great, Young man Sam, really knows what he's talking about when it comes to the services you need. Good tool rental program, most definitely call them first when I need something for my car!

I broke down near there today, my radiator hose blew which I guess broke my thermostat and these guys were extremely helpful in every way. I really went above and beyond any expectations. I finally got my car up and running after a couple of hours in their lot, and honestly I couldn't have done it without them, I really appreciate everything and will continue to go to O'Reilly's for all my car stuff.

Thank you Firestone O'reilys team. I came in when my battery light came in. You hooked it up and found out it was my alternator the service gal help jump it so I could back it up on a space till AAA could tow it. No pestered me about why I was sitting outside. Tried to make me buy a thing and even one of the service men parking fleet car check to see if I was okay while I sat in my van. Nice to know in this crazy world there are those who still care.

Excellent customer service! Willing to go out of their way to make sure all your auto part needs are met. Will test and make sure items work before purchasing and they will also change out easy, small parts for you.

Derrick was awesome! Helped us troubleshoot and replace battery. Auto zone across the street wouldn't give us the time of day. Definitely recommend these guys.

Love this store. Staff is friendly and willing to help/advise as needed. I would say it is your typical auto parts store. They carry BG products which I like and use. When they don't have something they get it in quickly.

Check engine light came on so I drove over to borrow their OBDII scanner. Damian was incredibly helpful with diagnosing the issue and getting me the tools I needed!

The staff are cool and helpful. O'Reily's has a good return policy. I like this place much better than a very nearby auto parts store.

Always there. Always right. Always helpful. Better than the auto zone or even the Napa.
