Went to the North Haven Home Depot, I needed help in the garden center for loading assistance I recently had surgery. There was an employee named (Jesse) He kindly introduced himself had a great attitude and did not hesitate to help. Very kind and friendly would rate the service 100/10 best Home Depot in the area

Bought a rug yesterday at north haven ct home depot. The two people who helped me were so nice and helpful. The woman who helped me (Renae) was amazing, I was looking for a rug for my dogs room didn't want to spend a lot. She found two rugs on clearance , I never saw them thank goodness she did.Steve also was very helpful the rug was 12 by 9 so he had to redo the rug so the nine foot was the length so he could fit in my car . I always seem to get the best people to help me . But these two r awesome.

North Haven Home Depot is great. Its always clean, well stocked, and friendly employees. They always have exactly what I'm looking for. The prices are reasonable too.

Well the blender oster i got is not safe it dont lock in ....so unfortunately I had to return ,it can come out while you blender n injure someone. I got my refund immediately. I had no problem on return .I let the cashier know its best to report it so no one can get injured. Other wise great customer service.

Went into this location and was provided with great customer service all around. The lady at the door at about 4pm today welcomed me in and two workers one name Jackie and a male were extremely helpful. Jackie provided me with a cart for my belongings and the gentleman showed me both items I was looking for and needed without a problem. I must say I felt very welcomed. Thank you

I thought I was getting sucked down the big box hole looking for a couple of hose end caps as my water shutoff on my washing machine failed. But to my rescue came Mario, a retired plumber who showed me how I could fix the valve without calling a plumber. Got the job done Thank you Mario!

My fiancé and I went to this Home Depot to get our new floor, the cashiers name was Kimberly and she was AMAZING! Very patient with us , and was super sweet from the moment the transaction started to the end even thou we had to re ring things like 3 times. Hope her manager sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves!

I had such a wonderful experience at Home Depot North Haven today! Most days I can’t find help but today the two nicest gentleman helped me, got me everything I needed, went the extra mile and did it with a smile ! I had a lot of questions and had Mick from Electrical walking through isles with me getting me different parts and then we needed George from Plumbing to help us with plastic tubing and he stopped what he was doing and after searching high & low and many different items we found everything I needed! (To keep it short) It was a team effort and these two guys worked together to solve the problem. I’m thankful for both Mick & George! Great experience today!

Very nice workers inside with the answers to many questions which people may have while exploring a Home Depot. They have all of the things which anyone could need for a project at their house, whether it be DIY or you just need something like weed killer, they have the products which can help you get there. At this specific store, they have a very nice open feeling and nothing is crowded at all. The staff are friendly and easily approachable.

Being a homeowner there is always a project. At Home Depot they have some of the best employees. At the Hamden location one employee stands out his name is Denver! No matter what my project is he's always willing and able to assist in giving me pointers and suggestions to make the project go smoother.

We were looking for a 10lb bag of Plaster of Paris to bring along for our visit to Dinosaur State Park. Unfortunately they only carried a 25lb bag which was too heavy for us to carry.

It was already 1pm and the casting in the Park ends at 330pm so we were eager to find a place that sells the product in a smaller size.

Just as we were leaving, the nice gentleman who originally directed us to the aisle casually asked if we got what we needed. After he learned of our dilemma, he kindly suggested a nearby hobby shop that may have what we need! He didn’t have to make the extra effort but he did and in doing so he saved us time and panic.

The gentleman that helped me look for deck brackets in the garden dept could not have been nicer and more helpful. He brought humor to the shopping experience.

I was looking for exhaust cover for the gas stove. Very impressed by the way associates helped us. One of the associates was not familiar with appliances, so he called other person to help us. Awesome checkout machines though lol

Clean friendly knowledgeable people I found people willing to help me without asking. If the store doesn't have something the store associate was willing to look in other store or their online that's only a few days , and no charge if I have it shipped the the store. A lot of friendly staff.

Sally @ customer service is what all employees should strive to be like. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. Repeat customer now even though this one is the furthest from me.

Phil Cooper is amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been incredibly helpful in helping us design our dream kitchen.

I just placed a huge order from this store. I was promised that my order would eb shipped in a few days but it did not because they did not have all the items in store. Then, I went to the store and explained the management the problem. They were very helpful. After the conversation, everything got delivered the next day. Overall, I am happy with this store.
