This store has saved us big time for the time we've spent in North Haven. Is your little one having a theme day at daycare and you're panicking because you have no one to help you out, no siblings and you need some guidance? These lovely folks have you. From pajamas to Halloween costumes (they give great advice to first time parents on the things they don't carry) I can't sing their praises enough.

I should note, our son is on the larger size for his age. He'll probably size out completely soon. But that doesn't take away the personal help and 1 on 1 information I've gotten from employees there. We might not be staying in town, but service like this is crucial to current and future residents.

Buy online pick up in store...yeah I always end up raiding their clearance section spending more $$$. Beware lol
I had placed an order online just to have the shipping company claim my item was delivered but not delivered. It claimed it was refused by customer but kept by customer🤷.
I called customer service after they refunded my order after it shipped to find this out. I had gotten such a great deal and now they were out of stock of most items. So I placed a small order of what was left. I will no longer have carter's ship to my residence.
The ladies working are always so friendly, checkout is quick, and pick ups are so organized.

Store is clean and well organized. Decent selection of clothing and clearance as well! Employees are usually helpful and friendly which always makes the shopping experience pleasurable.

I love this store I can always find something and prices are always responsible. Always greeted and staff is very nice.

Probably the best place to shop for small children. Can be pricey sometimes but also have sales pretty often
