Tonight my finance and I came in to buy a MacBook and had a wonderful experience with your staff member Jayrell. He was efficient, polite, professional and kind. The best in store customer experience I’ve had in a while. He even wished us a happy marriage and complimented my hat, that I just bought today!

Absolutely a great guy.

Pre-ordered my galaxy s24 and went to pick it up. Fast friendly customer service. I was out of there in no time.

The service was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was kind of taken aback. If I have electronics and tech needs I will go back there.

I would like to take this opportunity to laud one of your employees. Yesterday afternoon (9/3/23) my nephew and I had occasion to visit your store location on Universal Drive in North Haven CT. “Sherman” was remarkably attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and conscientious. Although the item we were looking for was not available at your store location, “Sherman” went above and beyond to ensure that we would be able to find the item in a timely manner.

After a very frustrating situation via the BestBuy online "help", I decided to head to the North Haven store in-person to see what could be done. I want to give a shout out to both Oliver and Zach who assisted in making things right. My BestBuy loyalty was wavering but the customer service I experienced at this store will make me stick around! Thank you both for being attentive, understanding and kind. I appreciated your willingness to get this birthday present in my hands on time! Keep it up!

To have things. You can get out go buy something. It's nice to have an actual electronic store around. They seem to have gotten rid of all the registers and just use customer service for that now ,strange

Upon entering the store I was greeted by an employee, making me feel welcomed. The store was clean. The check out line had many people, but was moving quickly. I was looking at appliances and really did NOT receive employee assistance. Another customer asked me for help in choosing their own small kitchen appliance. The employee had only told them, " the more expensive one is better, but not why!" We ended up looking for reviews and the other customer went with the less expensive product based on reviews, NOT price! 🤫

Staff is super friendly and helpful! I was worried I wouldn't be able to exchange a headset I purchased at NYC's Best Buy here but they handled everything swiftly and with ease!

Great customer service... very knowledgeable staff. Had exactly what I was looking for... and got me in & out PDQ.

I had a phenomenal experience with one of the managers named Brian. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and personable and I will make sure I support Brian & his store in the future. Give the guy a raise!

Went to Best Buy for a new car radio. They said they could install it but it would take weeks because the guy who can install it only works certain days. However when my appointment came up I was not disappointed. I was the only customer and they took my car right into the mobile instillation. The guy worked on it right in front of me and took time showing me how to work the new radio. Much cheaper and better service then if I went to a car dealership.

I so far have had the best experiences at best buy, especially with the geek squad.
Geek's not only told me but showed what the problems were also showed me the correct way.

Employees were helpful. Was told they may open a store back in the west haven area was sad that I had to drive to north haven since it is my go to eltronic store

Always a great experience!! Especially since radio shack is gone. The either was amazing and super helpful in mt Vernon NY. #cmvny. Don't take for granted the greatness in that city!

Great store. Got my new phone there (like a while back).

The employees here are all very nice and friendly. I had a complicated situation involving a preorder and trade in. Steve at the mobile station/customer service along with his colleagues patiently worked through the process while explaining each step. Took nearly an hour, but the team really tried hard and patiently went through with the process.

Just had my car speakers replaced and Ron is awesome! Amazing service and super friendly. I would highly recommend this location for car audio and recommend you talk to the installers directly as they will point you in the right direction. Overall price was reasonable too.

Best buy in new Haven was very good. My Samsung watch stopped working but I did buy the insurance plan for it.
Called store and made a appointment for the geek squad to check it out.
Turned up at store and a associate was there ready for me.
Could not fix the watch so we had a credit for the value of the watch.
Went shopping in store for a new watch and new insurance.
Slightly understaffed but when we had help they where fantastic.
Ample parking outside of store.
