Omaha Steaks

I had to put a review, and I did not even taste our burgers yet. The young man who greeted my wife and I was so helpful and pleasant that we could not walk out of there without purchasing something.
I got some burgers to throw on the grill for when we are hanging out at the pool.
I have never purchased anything from Omaha steaks before, so hopefully, we will not be disappointed.

Update: After eating one of the burgers, I can definitely say I am glad we got them.

I purchased my thanksgiving meal on the Omaha Steak website. The best decision I made for the dinner. The meal was fantastic. I ordered the beef tenderloin roast, bread, broccoli and cauliflower, green beans, whipped mashed sweet potatoes and chocolate cake. The food was too die for. I followed all of the instructions as noted on the packaging. I did not even have to add any seasoning. Thank you Omaha Steaks for making this a great Thanksgiving. I will see you for Christmas.

Had a problem with package. Called customer service and got a hold of Michele out of Houston. She was great. Every thing I would want in my customer service; polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great service all around.

I have been going to this store a few times a year for more than a decade. The same lady has been managing the store for all of this time. She is always pleasant and helpful. I've always been pleased with the service and the products.

Best burger I ever had. They grill to nice, crusty perfection, while staying so juicy, the juices run down my wrists. Perhaps it's the double grind?
So obviously, I had to order the burger perfection flight, and I can't wait to try them all.
And then there's the ribeye crown. Best cut ever, along with chateaubriand.
AND they give a military discount!
EDIT/ADDITION:
We had their potatoes au gratin tonight and they were 4.5 stars per hubby. I grew up in Germany, so to me, they were similar to "Kroketten" = croquettes = mashed potatoes deep fried, except these were baked. To me, potatoes are gratin is a casserole with thin-sliced potatoes, sauteed onions and garlic, dry white wine reduction, cream, milk, pinch of nutmeg and gruyere cheese. At any rate, we will definitely order them again.

I see complaints portions are small The huge restaurants portions is the reason we are an obese country. I can never finish .The scalloped potatoes where heaven. The steak was so tender and delicious and my husband cooked it well done by mistake. The hamburgers grilled was the best burger I ever had. The portions are perfect to me.

Manager is so nice! I didnt even buy anything but, will be back for easter! She told us about the big ham and all the sides they have

The sales person, Melissa, was so awesome. Very nice and helpful. Hope shes there next time I go. The sales this week/month are very good. I would tell you what I went for but then they would always be out of stock. I dont like everything but the things I do do.like I continue to buy. There are lots of things to choose from, there is something for every one

Erica saved the day!!! We made a mistake with our order which was a gift for a sick friend, and we needed the delivery on Thursday instead of Friday. The initial consensus was that we couldn't change the order when I called in today because it was either already out of the facility for delivery or in process of being shipped. Erica worked some magic and called me back an hour later and confirmed that she was able to make the change. She was very kind even though I was a little hot under the collar at first and she handled me very professionally despite my demeanor and attitude. She filtered through all of that and instead focused on the goal of satisfying the customer. Very rare in today's business world. She is the type of person that makes an organization look good. This little instance could have ruined my future business with Omaha but she really made the company shine and I will definitely be back for more orders. Thanks Erica!!

My husband and I have been to the Tampa location several times. Melissa and Blaise have been very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They both have made the whole experience easy and relaxing. We have tried many of your products and have chosen the ones that we truly enjoy. They both have won us over as ongoing customersThe foods are portioned controlled and delicious. I’ve read some of the other reviews and am shocked. This is definitely not the Melissa and Blaise that I have come to know and respect. They both make an awesome team! Definitely 5 star worthy!!!

Great service and great product! I’m never going to Wholefoods again now that I know how great steaks can be! Shoutout to Omaha Steaks for bringing back the nostalgia of my grand papa cutting up fresh steaks at his meat store! Miss you grandpapa :(

I love this place! The service was amazing, the product is beyond comparison. The meat was juicy, full of flavor. They gave me beef jerky as a gift and even that was good! I highly recommend it.

Delivery was on time from UPS. Meat is highest standard and Ribeye steaks are juicy, tender, cut it with a fork or as a sandwich, if you can wait until the bread is out of the bag.

The workers are friendly the food is always in stock and their desserts are awesome! The only place we buy our meat at great prices!

I can honestly say that the people at this store were very courteous and bent over backwards to have our business gave us such a deal and we were happy that we went there .
