Hey guys so I stopped in again to Lowes. I had a few plant projects in mind that I wanted to do. I had a large Monstera plant to repot. I bought a new orchid for my patio table and I also bought 2 pothos one lime green and the other was a golden pothos. As always the plants were of a great quality. The customer service was fast and friendly and I found everything I was looking for.

While Lowes does not have the variety of their competitor H.D., you are almost always gauranteed to find what you need for less money. I love their garden center, over the years I have had one of the most beautiful landscapes in our neighborhood due to their products.

Pricing has ALWAYS been better here than at HD. I also always check out their closeout area for increadible savings from grills to smokers, blinds, rugs, mowers and hundreds of other items over the years.

My home and tons of other home decor has been painted with their paints. Doors, windows, tile, appliances, wood, tools, lighting, plumbing and everything else my home needs has come from Lowes.

This particular Lowes is huge and replaces the Kmart that use to reside at this location. Conveniently located on N. Dale Mabry next to the Post Office. They do a good job on seasonal items as well.

My experience with JERAMIAH was absolutely seemless. This guy exemplifies the true meaning of guest experience. He not only helped me find the item, but helped me load it into my cart and load it into me vehicle. When I tried to give him a tip he refused and just said he was just glad to help! This man needs to be recognized. Something’s money can satisfy. Only words! Thanks !

Judy at customer service was very helpful finding my order and contacting the courier. Judy got me the tracking number and a phone number for the courier. Excellent customer service. Thank you Judy

One of the best experiences in a store is a good customer service and I want to thank Floralicia Salazar for all the help every time I go to the store. She is the best !

QUEEN KITA of the garden center is a gem. Wicked knowledgeable, hardworking and consistent. She knows her plants and fertilizers- she will help you solve any gardening or plant issue/questions you have. Lowe’s give this woman a raise. Also a big shout out to Eddie- the King of the garden center- so good natured, knowledgeable and a kind gentlemen. Give him a raise! We live in Original Carrollwood and this location always has a great, continuously updated and stocked plant selection both in the garden center and their indoor plants.

I would like to compliment a Lowes employee named Laurah at the Tampa store. She took the time to locate an item that was very difficult to find and was warm, friendly and determined to help. Laurah deserves recognition and a big raise!

Nice and clean and the workers are friendly. Will say that they need more registers open, but not out of line with other stores.

Last 03/20/2022, we visited this store in search of an outdoor wall lantern and we found one on display that fit what we were looking for, but they were no longer in stock so we asked the associate Mr. Glenn to buy the one that was on display, he kindly offered to talk to the manager himself then, after permission was granted, Mr. Glenn uninstalled said lantern and accompanied us to the cashier and made purchase possible with an appropriated 50% discount. We left store greatly impressed by Mr. Glenn’s kindness, courtesy, and professionalism as well as the staff and management of this store.

The store was not as orderly as other Lowe's. But the employees were great. Fun easy to approach. We shopped for over an hour and in many departments. All in all it was a great visit.

Great experience shopping at this Lowes! I purchased blinds and had the best experience thanks to Heather Vogleman. Heather went above and beyond to help pick out the best options for our home. Heather was so helpful and knowledgeable, she made the entire process a breeze. From recommendations, to product knowledge, to outstanding customer service! Heather is the reason I recommend this Lowes to all of my friends and family. Thank you for going the extra mile Heather! Lowes is lucky to have such a great employee as you! Went here to pickup sheving materials and could find what I needed. However, the staff was very helpful in assisting me on offering other options, thank you.

Helpful staff. Lowes had notably cheaper prices on outdoor lighting while searching in store at Lowes and Home Depot.

Always well stocked with numerous product options in departments. Most important, excellent customer service. You are greeted throughout the store by associates who are there to help. You are not bombarded by people wishing to sell you some service you were not in anyway intending nor need to buy. Associates are plentiful and courteous. The store is clean & organized. Always delightful holiday displays that provide inspiration for decorating & year round needs, too

Ordered a small tool online. Was available within a few hours. I dig the lockers for this kind of purchase.

This is the best place for home improvement gurus, they always have what I need from my home improvement projects and then some. Awesome staff always willing to help with whatever you need. Really wished the prices were more reasonable but can't really blame that on Lowe's as we all know that problem started at the White House. Anyway thank you Guys for all you guys do at Lowe's

Great staff and great products. Always clean inside and out. Havent been disappointed thus far.
