I highly recommend Michaels. I had a sales associate help me find the item I was looking for and even helped me check out and get to my vehicle but I stopped her after she opened the door for me. Being in a wheelchair doesn't always make shopping that easy and accessible. Nina gets an A from me!

I went in today with a very specific purpose... Custom Matting & Framing. I was assisted by a helpful, polite, friendly & KNOWLEDGEABLE young associate named Michael. Ironic, right? Anyway... Michael took his time suggesting matte colors for my project. He showed me several options & created EXACTLY what my frame would look like on the computer. Very helpful, great customer service. Thank you, Michael.
I promised myself I wasn't going to shop! I didn't need ANYTHING! Well, only $58.00 later, I bought a beautiful wall frame (half price!) a bunch of "back to home school" goodies to send my God children & a really cute craft project for ALL 4 OF THEM, all 70% off!
Definitely worth the 2+ hours I spent, looking through the great clearance areas! OH, wait! I forgot the outside pillows, 70% OFF, for my outside chairs.
Highly recommend this CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE store for a great shopping experience.

In the past I frequented Michael's for mostly framing art and picture frames. As an art lover I would buy art, select the moldings and frames and have them frame it.
I also enrolled my son in an art class when he was 7. The bird pictured below was his first ever piece done in the art class. The 2nd photo was done 3-4 years later. The classes really paid off.
These days, I go to get art projects for the grandkids. Today I got a poster board, multi-colored thick paper sheets, a variety pack of paint and some decorative window stencils.
The place has a great variety of projects, decor, raw materials for home improvement, home decorating and fo-it-yourself projects.

Visited the framing center to get some work done and Melinda helped me out this visit, she was fantastic! She listened to exactly what I needed, expressed interest in the project, offered further advice to make it look its best, and understood that I had a budget. Melinda couldn’t have been more helpful! So glad I came to Michael’s for my project!

Fantastic experience. New cosplay section made us very happy.

Love store...just need to stay stocked on certain items

I had an amazing experience at Michael's arts and crafts store! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. The store itself was well organized and full of a wide variety of supplies, from paints and brushes to yarn and crafting tools. The checkout process was quick and seamless, and I was even able to take advantage of some great discounts.

This store is great. Check out was slow because it is all self checkout, but one register for returns and such. Always able to find what I need.

This is a Great Michael's and found everything we were looking for!! I will tell you that the girls that work in the store are the nicest and help you find your treasures!🎄🎄 However the Cashiers were not so nice. They need to be a little nicer to customers!!

I can not express how grateful I am for Angela's help on 12/22/22. I was standing in the frame aisle clearly, looking defeated on what to do with this family heirloom. Angela was walking by and just asked if there was anything she could help me with. I said no, thank you I am just looking to mat this photo, but I can't find the correct sizes. That is when Angela stopped what she was doing and told me that they could do it for me right there. She helped me pick out a frame, took me to the counter, opened it, and let me see it with about ten different double-matting options. With the computer, she took a photo and uploaded it so I could see what it would look like completed. Angela went so far as to ask me what color wall it would be hanging on so it didn't clash with the wall paint! Needless to say, an hour later, she was still as lovely as she was when she first said hi. Angela never lost patience with me, even after the third frame option. Angela took the time to pick out the right frame and matting colors. Angela made sure it was ready for our family Christmas party the next day! When I picked it up I cried, so did my husband when he opened it. It was beautiful! THANK YOU ANGELA
