Victor has been excellent the couple of times I've been here, his friendly, professional manner was very welcome!

I was Scammed!!! I sold my Cannon Camera 📷 with a Tamron lens and all the accessories on Facebook market. I used this location to mail it to the Address that the Buyer provided. When they entered the address, which was to Spring Garden NY , the representative was having issues attaching the address, that was one of the many signs I felt, well I did not listen to my Gut! To get to the point UPS interceded the package in New Jersey, they flagged it as Fraudulent , Amanda , from this location, called me to inform me that the package was being sent back, she indicated the reason and I was beside myself, I did not know at this point what was going on. The package was sent to Missouri to their Fraud location 😱, I could NOT track the package, I did not know what was going on, for days I’m Stressing, finally I spoke to the Manager, VIMILA at this location, she made some phone calls and was able to find out why it was considered Fraudulent, the Scammer used a address that was FLAGGED by UPS. I Thank GOD that this was Done BY UPS! Thank you 🙏 VIMILA, Amanda and Victor for your Help in getting my Camera back to Me 🙏🙏🙏
The fear of them stealing my property was VERY overwhelming, and many sleepless nights. I appreciate their Patience with me .

I pulled into the parking lot, and had about 4-5 boxes I was trying to juggle to bring inside. Peter came right out, offered to help, and was the most courteous person I have worked with in many many years. He was all smiles, great happy go lucky attitude… UPS this man deserves a raise. He gave a true 5 star customer experience. Thank you.

I've gone to this store 3 to 5 times a week for the last 4 years. I find it comical that people state the customer service is horrible or that the employees lock the doors when they see you coming before close. They open and close when the sign says. The hours on the Google listing may be off because of inaccurate user contributions. The only issue I have ever had is their voicemail stated their Saturday hours were until 4, but the store actually closes at 3:30 p.m. just like the sign and website say. This is a UPS store, not the Ritz Carlton. They do what they are supposed to do with appropriate enthusiasm, economy of effort to save you time and they remain friendly and thankfully don't come across as artificial as if they were your best friend for 20 years. This place is good, if not great, for what they are supposed to do. Conspiracy theories aside, they'll stay open for you if you get there right at closing. Heck, they might even UNLOCK the door for you like they've done for me before I was regular. Also....if you have a problem with UPS, give them that feedback directly. These are individually owned stores and the issues should be store specific. As a business owner (not a UPS store), consumers often have no idea how much damage they can inflict with misdirected and/or inaccurate feedback.

We visited this UPS store twice this morning. We were having issues with the shipping label provided by PayPal. Peter and Amanda were patient, helpful, and professional. They made a difficult situation manageable. Thank you Peter and Amanda!!! Greatly appreciated your help today.😊

Bad reviews about dissatisfaction with UPS policies in general should not be considered here. That is not the store owner's fault. Nor is it the store owner's fault that Google had incorrect hours posted. The location is convenient and the owner strikes me as down to earth and easy to talk to. In fact I've never had a problem at all here.

We visited this UPS store today to have some items notarized. Everyone was so helpful and professional. All the customers were taken care of expeditiously. Nice local neighborhood UPS store that offers a lot of services!

They really care and very good customer service. The young man at the counter makes that store. He understands how to treat customers..is fast as well. Was a great experience and would go out of my way to go to this location.

E-Mail did not go through from UPS to my Receiver in Fort Lauderdale. Trying to call UPS now.

Friendly, Quick, professional staff. They log your recent shipping destinations, which speeds the process for successive trips.

Shipping and packing is top tier. Customer service is good. They can do shipping transactions in 3 minutes.
