I was assisted with care from the moment I walked in. They offered me a decent price on my trade in gear and the product I ordered was delivered in less than 24 hours. The store was much more looked after than the local guitar center as well. I look forward to working with them again as I look to replace older cymbals for new ones!

I bought a guitar from here in a whim. It wasn't very expensive. It was used, and in excellent condition. I love it. But the best part was the guy named Joseph who helped me out. He went out of his way to help me out, even though it wasn't going to be a big ticket item. He still took the time, and helped me out... and what I thought was way above and beyond, was he called me a few days later just to check and see if everything was cool with the guitar. I think this speaks very highly about him, and his character. Something I don't see much in sales people any more. But if you are in the market for any new music equipment check this place out and ask for Joseph. I highly recommend him.

Recently retired from the army and decided to learn how to play the guitar. I had purchased a Fender Squire and needed an amp, as well as a guitar stand. The guy working the guitar section was extremely helpful as I have zero experience playing. I ended up buying a Fender Mustang LT25 and it sounded great with someone else playing my guitar who knew what they were doing. I wish I could remember the guys name but he was very professional and very knowledgeable. Great experience on Saturday afternoon.

My experience with Samash was exactly what I wished for! I have purchased 5 keyboards from them in the past and appreciated my relationship with them. I turned one of the Hammond keyboards in for a sale back to them and sales manager Eddy treated me more than fairly. I will always recommend Samash Music!

Always a great music store for all musical instruments and their gear. Find almost anything here, and if not, they can usually order it. Great place to jam as well. The acoustics jam room is awesome!!! Go and play one of your dream guitars... they want you to.!

The manager, Edward, price matched a better deal I found a couple days after my purchase and he did it over the phone saving me a 40 mile drive, gas and my time. Thank you Ed for great customer service!

Good service as soon as we walked in. WE told them what we were looking for and were introduced to a sound system specialist who showed us several options. he spent plenty of time with us. At no time did we feel hurried, and we left Sam Ash with exactly what we needed at a very fair price.

The guys there are so helpful. Techs are awesome. Took time with me, an old dog learning new tricks. Going in was a bit intimidating, but I was treated fantastically.

I was assisted by Ryan at the Fletcher location. He was very helpful and patient, answering my many questions, sometimes repeated. The following day, I returned and was assisted by two lovely people, Kris and Kay. I found three new friends through my experience. Thank you Sam Ash for having such a great staff!

Had a great experience in helping buy a guitar for my dad. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Couple gentleman (I believe jon was the assistant managers name who was awesome) in the guitar section helped me out and I left happy. Excited to give the new Taylor to my dad! Thanks everybody!

Eddie was very helpful with finding me a guitar to rent while im in town. He was extremely friendly, had great customer service, and listened to my needs. 10/10 Experience!

Every time I come to this store I have a good experience.I went in knowing what keyboard I wanted but not exactly the type of pedal or stand that I needed. Kay was such a big help and gave me her recommendations on the best stand and pedal to purchase. She was so kind and even helped me shove a keyboard in my tiny Toyota Camry 😂. Special appreciation to her. I love my new keyboard, stand, and pedal.

I had an excellent experience. Over my 3 days of dealing with the staff, Dan at the Dale Mabry store in particular, trying to choose between three American professional ii models. I wound up with the aged white beauty. The staff was very helpful, in a friendly way, not pushy and right there for assistance or questions. Couldn’t be happier, after 55 years finally having an American Stratocaster, it’s just been dream of mine. I’m not saying that there is anything wrong with any other guitar, manufacturers or price range, it’s just something I wanted. I can’t thank the staff enough for making me feel comfortable in my decision. She’s beautiful.

Fantastic store! We had Chris helping us pick out the needed gear for my sons first guitar and she was very helpful! My son is very happy with his new guitar and is super excited to learn how to play. I’ll be back soon to pick out my new electric as well, can’t wait to go back!
