We waited in line for 20 minutes to give our mobile order, which I under stand when busy but they weren’t. Then we sat at the drive thru window about 10 minutes as they couldn’t get our order correct. They re made the iced coffee 3 times and it always still wrong!! The light coffee in photo is what we were given, it very well could have just been sweet tea, was gross!

I ordered the Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal, it was really good and fresh. Sat in to eat and didn't like the fact that a crew starting sweeping where I was eating, I ask him to please go elsewhere to sweep as he is pulling up dust from the floors, he ignored me and kept sweeping

This is probably the best location I've ever been to. The people were polite, the order had to wait for fresh fries and they instructed me correctly. Everything was fresher and better than any other location I've been to. Kudos to the staff.

Everyone says at McDonald's, but this one is the very best one I know. Quick, super nice, and polite. The management should be proud of this group.

Been going to McDonald’s lately for the steak egg and cheese bagel, don’t forget the strawberry jelly. The sweet tea is great in the morning time. The crew is very respectful there. The nuggets are very good too.

I don't really like McDonald's but Amber was working the counter with a broken hand and her service was outstanding. She really goes above and beyond what I expect even from someone not suffering from a broken hand. You made my day better and I appreciate it

The Lutz McDonald's isn't as busy as the Land O Lakes McDonald's so you definitely get better food and service. I would recommend using the Lutz store if you are in a hurry.

Good food. Price keeps going up like everything else.

Good was exactly what you would expect.

Great service! The worker named Basil is a sweet thoughtful & efficient worker. I never hafta worry about my order getting messed up when Basil is there. Food is great too

The quarter pounder with cheese was excellent! Fresh and very tasty. The fish was delicious and fresh too! Loved the hot French fries too! Food came very quickly today!

Catherine I have to register really made me feel comfortable before I asked there was a group for a family and the kids were so happy they were dancing while they were ordering then I got to the line and I’m on the budget and I had the app and she really made me feel comfortable I feel really special I will be calling corporate letting them know what a wonderful staff I’ll be bringing my family thank you once again

Staff is awesome! The whole crew went above and beyond my expectations. Fast service with accurate orders plus hot & fresh food. This is by far the best McDonald's staff in all of Tampa/Lutz/Land O' Lakes. To be honest, the best customer service that I have ever experienced at any Mc Donald's...BAR NONE!

Went to 3 McDonald’s locations tonight trying to get a McFlurry and this one came through! Two others told us they didn’t have ice cream… thankfully this location saved the day! Even with impatient, angry people honking in the drive thru, the customer service was so nice! They were working hard and had great attitudes. The McFlurry was delish

I hadn't visited McDonald's for years, but stopped to pick up some chicken nuggets for my grandchildren. I had some also. They were very good and the French fries were good also. The reason I stopped going there was due to excessive amounts of salt on fries and lack of care in taste. Happy to say I will be going back!
