Been here a few times. It’s consistently awesome. Friendly crew!! Vegan and vegetarian options!! This is what youve been dying to try. Large smoothie sizes also! I love the strawberry edible straws

The staff M-F is awesome! Hit or miss with holiday and weekend staff- often inconsistent in taste, quality, knowledge and customer service.

Wow, wow, and wow
Those are the three words I said, as I tasted the food I ordered from this restaurant. As I entered the store, I was greeted by the staff, as if I was family. I examined the menu, and not so long after made my decision on what to get. The Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich.
Not too long later, my food was ready. While picking up my food, a staff member treated me with a very happy, and joyous smile. Never, and I repeat, NEVER! have I see such a good deed. And, trust me, I have seen my good share of restaurants and fast food places. After taking my food to a nearby seat, I was about to begin my feast. As, I looked at my sandwich my jaw dropped. It looked just as it was on the menu. Soon after, examining the food, I gobbled the food down. Delicious!
As I threw away my garbage, and collected my personal items I brought with me, I began my walk towards the door. With, a huge grin on my face, I thought that it could not be better. I was wrong. A staff member waved me goodbye, and thanked me for coming.
I truly wish I could give this place, a ten star review. The staff was above and beyond, with both their performance on food taste and on overall customer friendliness. I will definitely make sure to come again, and I will ask all you to come to this superb place just as I have.
And, I am sure you will be saying the same words as I said in the restaurant
Wow, wow, and wow.

It was my first time here, and everything was great! I went through the drive-through on my lunch break and I ordered a jerk chicken wrap and a peanut butter whey protein smoothie. They didn't ask me what sizes I want I just paid like 7 bucks for the smoothie and 7 for the sandwich when I got my food both the wrap and the smoothie were HUGE and they tasted amazing. Also got a bag of chips with a sandwich which I didn't finish. Better than any fast food place.

I had arrived at around 5PM to just two employees working! these two ladies were busting their butts to get these orders out. poor things had no help. they were very respectful and smoothies were delicious despite the lack of staff (I know it wasn’t planned). I wish i got their names, but these two seriously deserve a raise and good praises from management. thank you both for the delicious smoothies and for showing up!

Even though many go specifically for their yummy smoothies, which I love too, I can't emphasize enough how excellent their food is. Unexpected superior quality in both taste and portion size from the first time going and ever since!

Ordered online for pickup. Says it would take about 12 minutes. We live 15 minutes away. I ordered the Sunrise Sunset smoothie (amazing) and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with the Kale Apple Slaw for the side. It was all ready when we got there. The wrap is delish, and was warm/hot and tasted freshly prepared. The slaw was very good too, the apples really help with how bitter kale can be. I really appreciate quickly made healthier options, I don’t always want to throw something together.

Waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to assemble and toast/ grill something for me is totally appreciated.

I ordered on DoorDash yesterday and when I tell you I loved everything I ordered I’m not lying. This was my first time trying out the place and it blew me away. It’s so nice to have a healthy alternative for fast food. I ran out of meal prep and I didn’t want to order fatty greasy food. So thanks for being here for the people who want to maintain their healthy lifestyle. Smoothie 100/10! Perfectly blended and not too sweet. The Cajun wrap was well seasoned and flavorful. Def coming back!

This tropical smoothie cafe it’s the best day I’ve ever been to. I always order online and it is ready right when I get there. And the manager holds the door open for me as I am leaving really makes my day.

delicious! glad to have a healthy food option near by my work :) asides wishing they had smaller sizes for their smoothies, everything tasted fresh and not processed which I like! definitely worth trying. their breakfast southwest wrap was amazing

I order Lunch here Regularly, and so do the rest of our office (now)! Everything is Fresh, Consistent, and the staff does an Awesome job being prompt, considering all details of orders placed! Returning customer again, and again!

Being a mother of five, it is very hard to a find a tasty, affordable, yet healthy “fast food,” alternative. As my Children, husband, and I and set out to find a dinner location for the day, we came across Tropical Cafe in Pewaukee. My husband is what I call a healthy freak, and refuses most fast food locations. He was immediately hooked when I read off the menu. At First, my kids were hesitant, considering it was the First restaurant that appealed to my husband. When we entered the store, we took some time to decide on what to order, and when we did, the employer gave us one free Shake! The Food was at a great price for the quality, and better yet, our Food was delivered to us in less than ten minutes. The Food did not reflect the delivery time whatsoever. The Food looked, and tested great! Overall, this was a very great Experience, and I would definetly come again! Even MY husband fell in love with the restaurant, due to the Detox Island Green Shake, no added Sugar.

Today is the third time I have ordered from the Pewaukee store, and each item is yummier than the next. The wraps, specifically the cajun shrimp and baja chicken, are my favorites and are packed with flavor. My favorite smoothie is the Lean Machine with some edits, but my coworkers and I have tried quite a few and no complaints. The order pick up and delivery through dash is always very prompt and food has always been spot on and delicous. HIGHLY recommend.

Drop what you're doing and go here! I've gone 5 times and each time got a diffeent item and can't decide which one was the best. Absolutely delicious food, very hot and fresh, staff has been delightful each time as well. Deserving of more than the maximum amount of stars.

It's in their name so you know they are going to be amazing. Tried a variety of smoothies ranging from good to EXCELLENT. So glad there's a local smoothie cafe. This place is gonna be bumping in the summer time.
