Matt saved the day with incredible customer service! I mislabeled two large boxes and they got sent back to UPS. Matt called to let me know AND helped me get it sorted out and back to me! It was such a good experience and I really appreciated it!

The Staff at This ups store in Capitol Dr Pewaukee is really helpful and friendly all the time they know what they are doing.I shipped multiple packed and Amazon returns from this store.They instantly recognize me whenever I'm in the store.Both employees and Manager are Friendly and Humble.

The best UPS store i have ever visited, The staff are very nice compare to other ups stores. I would recommend all of you to visit the UPS store which is on 1256 capital dr ste 700.

I have been to this UPS store quite often over the last couple years for shipping, Amazon returns and for faxing paperwork. They have always been nice and helpful but today was above and beyond. I returned two smaller items and told them I needed to go out to my car because I have a larger box. They asked if I needed help but I said I would get it and would be right back. I got out to my car, only to see one of the guys came out to grab the box for me. It was the nicest gesture and a sign of great customer service. I appreciate the help, keep up the great work all around Pewaukee UPS Store!

Every time I go into this store they are friendly and extremely helpful. Today I ran out of tape and just needed a couple small pieces to secure the label. When I asked for a favor, even though he was very busy, he smiled and said “absolutely, no problem “

This is my go-to UPS store. They always provide great service, but today was above and beyond helpful. Even with the hectic holiday shopping season, they don’t miss a beat. Today I went in with many gifts and no boxes. They did a fantastic job helping me measure for boxes and get everything packed up. I had forgotten my phone & the person helping me took the time to look up the information I needed. Top-notch service!

Incredibly helpful! Highly recommend! Mike was very helpful and walked us through our Amazon return when the Other UPS store messed up and set us our returned package back to our house. They patiently provided us with the appropriate instructions to get the return label corrected and applied to this package. I would highly recommend this specific location!

Matt and Bobby were helpful and polite. Matt went out of his way to help me learn how to cancel a Amazon return and then start the return again so I could get a barcode vs a label. Both of these employees get the 5 stars of service. Thank you guys! I'll definitely use this location again

I have had to come in a few times for printing services, and though it is not as easy as I would hope it would be to print, I must say the customer service I receive here is great. The young man Mike is always exceptionally helpful, and is a ray of sunshine in human form. Ask for him the next time you stop by and you will not be disappointed!!!
