AT&T Store

My experience with a technical support person at the AT&T store in Durham, NC was outstanding. The rep - Symeon - was friendly, personable, and very technically capable. He was able to solve a very complex problem that I had created by not properly understanding the instructions. I would give him, and his store manager, a rating of 10 if I could.

I went in because I was trying to get my phone unlocked and had been "locked" out by the website for too many attempts.i was quite frustrated yet Sha'mya was SO reassuring, and knew just what to do ---and remained patient and persistent as she dealt with the technical support on the phone..and was able to accomplish the task. She went beyond what could have been expected and I came away impressed with the whole store and would return there in a heartbeat ..Good service. Thank you!

Was beyond professional and his superior knowledge of technology, was beyond impeccable. I had the most unpleasant three hour experience at the Brier Creek store. However, coming to this location, made it all worth the while- I am beyond grateful for both Simien & Jose.

Was putting off a visit to AT&T for a while because of bad experiences at other locations, but I had a very positive experience at this one. Johnathan was great—kind, patient, and efficient. Was in and out in 15 min.

I have never went through losing my phone and not being able to recover it. AT&T Alan Reyes was the employee that provided such a calming care as I cried so much with the guilt and shame of losing my phone. I'm grateful for all the wisdom and knowledge he had. He helped me to have a working phone again. Praising God for this store in Durham!

Luis was a 5 out of 5 on service as I transferred my service from another provider. Recommend the store, the service ( soooo much better for my rural location than my last provider), and Luis who was awesome!

Was greeted promptly but it then took a while to get a rep, but remained patient. Missed the old "take-a-number" system as it gave some sensation of progression towards being served.

Yvonne was OUTSTANDING! All offers clearly stated. In-stock item of equal model/size/memory selected (color being only non-preferred element). Wonderful interaction.

Accessory installed flawlessly.

Upgrade service/migration equally administered brilliantly.

Left feeling fully satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.

Been an AT&T customer for decades and it was absolutely heartening that a personable, knowledgeable, friendly person such as Yvonne is "today's face" for Ma Bell. Her blue hair was absolutely perfect!

Symeon was very professional. Very patient as my old phone was problematic in switching information to new phone. He was very knowledgeable. He really knew how to dig for ways to get the information from the old phone. This type of customer service is very rare these days. I appreciated his time patience professionalism and excellent skills. He needs to be acknowledged by ATT for outstanding customer service.

I came in with a phone that would not charge. They fixed it in one minute. Great job! Thanks.

Short wait since I was a walk-in customer but not bad. Victor was absolutely fabulous to work with!! I hope they keep him on. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. He deserves kudos!!

Assistant manager Chris Calderon helped me add a line when my phone was stolen so I got a replacement phone quickly and with a very low increase in monthly charges. I appreciate him so much and am now a very loyal Att customer. thank you for customer service.

This location is amazing and helped me so much. I was helped by Victor and James and they were superb! They were understanding, patient, honest, and very amicable. They also care about how you and your device(s) are doing afterwards. They made it a really easy and fast process and had my best interest the whole time. I really appreciate them and will continue to do business with them!

Shamaya and her teammates were the best. Even a few of her teammates stopped by to check up on me while my phone was updating. The whole team was perfect!

Symeon is the most customer centric and professional associate that I have had the pleasure of working with to address a problem. He went above and beyond expectation to ensure that I had the correct plan to meet my needs and to address a number of issues with my account. I was also impressed with his leadership in giving a colleague positive feedback after he had dealt with a difficult customer. Symeon, thank you again for all your help.

We came in to upgrade my daughters phone and Jose was very helpful and friendly. They were a little busy but he took the time to explain everything and find exactly what we were looking for. Jose gave me a great deal and she loves her new phone. Will definitely be back!

Everyone is friendly and helpful at the Durham store. We drive an hour just to come here. They are always willing to look at what best fits our needs. We have multiple phones and we always leave updating or buying more than we intended because they are so helpful!! Alan rocked it today. Could not have asked for better service! He even included my 11 year old in the conversation and helped her make her own decisions. A rare find to have such a knowledgeable person with great customer service skills.

In this time when there are not enough employees around and those working are quite lackluster...comes Jose. He is a super star! He offered fantastic, quick, and informed help with a smile. He is very upbeat and truly wants to help! He is a true gem. I hope AT&T takes good care of Jose so he is there next time I come in the store.

I came into the store after a month long ordeal trying to trade up my iPhone. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was! Kimberly Smith took care of everything I needed and was delightful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of my problem. Her manager Ty helped to ease the process and together they got everything executed while I was in the store! Professionals from start to finish!
