Go Pure Water Tech

We love go pure water tech! Martha is amazing, very responsive, professional and informative. We are moving out of the state, but taking our water machine with us and have been thoroughly trained on how to perform the maintenance ourselves. Couldn’t ask for better service and will definitely be staying in touch for our maintenance needs as we move forward.

I can't say enough good comments about Martha and her team. Martha is a woman of integrity and honors her word. I met her a few weeks ago as she gave a presentation. We set up an appointment and her technician installed the water system today. He was just as she said, super efficient and professional. She didn't try to get us to buy anyting more than what we needed. I love that I talked to a live person! We are soooo excited about not having to have to purchase bottle waters anymore! How exciting! Best water filters on the market and the best service. I’ve owned 2 Pure Water Technology systems over the past 10 years from Go Pure and I can’t be happier. The systems are top of the line sediment, carbon, reverse osmosis, post carbon and ph boost filters. I never have to worry when the rest of Austin has to boil water. I have been a customer for several years. I have seen their work in commercial and residential and they performed exceptionally in both setups. After tasting the water from one of their units I decided to try them at home. I didn’t like to drink water from my fridge because of the weird taste so I was always buying a lot of bottled water and now I don’t have to worry about running out. Short version - Outstanding product and people. We opted to get both their reverse osmosis water dispenser and water softener. Manuals (from manufacturer) a little out of date, but the product has continued to be updated. Get the mineral boost if you get the water dispenser. Consider a second tank to hold filtered water for your fridge ice maker (or accidental refill from fridge rather than dispenser). Use the water for cooking too. We worked with Martha.

Long version -
My wife calls me a super taster, which is a nice way of saying I'm a picky eater. I'm also a very choosy drinker! In the past, I'd either only drink bottled beverages (lemonade, pop, what have you). If I had to drink water from the filtered fridge (after passing through a water softener), I would need to cut it with ice or lemons and have it in much smaller doses.
You'll note I said - in the past.
Due to some life events, we ended up deciding to cut out prior mentioned sweet beverages. This now meant I was needing to find a way to replace my fluid intake. The above mentioned reference workaround resulted in me simply not drinking enough. Cue dehydration headaches! After asking around, pricing, and reviewing osmosis and other water filter solutions; we decided on Go Pure Water Tech. A big reason was word of mouth about the water taste, and then we noticed they had a mineral booster you could select. (Magnesium was key for us as a brain booster). They were also the only company that could place it where we wanted and set up a custom drain mechanism. Everyone else told us sink only ... we wanted by the fridge. We also wanted filtered water for the fridge since if you have the ice - you're having the water! They were able to set up a second tank for that; though the fridge doesn't go through all the filters of the osmosis system - it's still cleaner than your fridge filter. So if you're drinking water, still get it from the (stand alone) dispenser so you get the full benefit. Our family is all drinking more and even the young kids (under 5) are comfortable refilling their cups. I don't need the ice or lemons anymore! People that visit LOVE the taste and find themselves drinking more too.
We also optioned to replace our water softener at the same time. You pay more, it lasts longer but should do a better job of a consistent water quality flow than our prior one. We haven't used it long enough for me to draw a firm conclusion though.
Martha is who we worked with to understand the products, scheduling and follow-up. (Evidently not many people ask for the manual, but she continued to persist with the manufacturer until she could deliver to us!) She is patient, personable and thorough.
All in all - a very high recommend from us in Round Rock.

These are the greatest people ever! The installation was complicated but no complaint whatsoever from the technician who did a terrific job. The customer service is wonderful. I was on the point of having to cancel my account during self isolating and no income, but they worked with me and no cancellation required. Don't hesitate to give Martha or Isabel a call - you won't be sorry!

We have had two of there units for our office and home office . We absolutely love the units and Custmer service . They are very friendly and helpful, the water taste great as well . I deff reccommed this company for home or business! No more picking up 50lb water bottles and having to store them .

One of their drivers was headed southbound on Mopac by the Barton anyway exit on 7-9-19 at 1:45 pm. He was driving in the turn lane to get further ahead in traffic, then slammed on his brakes because he was running out of road to drive on and needed to merge. I beeped my horn because he could have caused a severe accident between myself, him, and the cars behind me. This angered him, so he then swerved his truck back into my lane and was driving half of his truck in my lane forcing me off the road. Fortunately, I was taking the turn lane and was safe from this dangerous driver. Had I been able to get his license plate, I would have immediately reported this to the police. My life was at risk due to the negligence of a driver for this company and I am appalled that a company would employ someone who exhibits this type of psychopathic behavior.

Informed them that their sales person showed up appearing intoxicated and that I was not interested in their water since he tried to get me to sign a 2 year contract without even telling me until I read the form I was about to sign then Isabel called me again despite me telling them numerous times I was interested in their services... Please stop!!
