John Meyers went above and beyond helping my mom and me pick out bedroom furniture and mattress for my mom’s room at her new residence. John was thorough and very patient with our decision process that took multiple visits. We were both absolutely thrilled with our experience and highly recommend both John and Value City Furniture!

Hilary was absolutely AWESOME!!!! I needed a table for my Uncle and had been to several competitors and wasn't even greeted. She greeted me with a smile showed me several options and made my purchase seamless...Thank you Value City for having an Awesome Staff... what started out being so stressful ended up giving me so much joy and will give my uncle the biggest smile ever I was so happy to find something that would fit into his smaller home because he is a ball risk and it's something sturdy the pricing was excellent as well

Great experience. The salesman Mark was wonderfully attentive and helpful without being pushy. After my first visit, Mark sent a follow up email with additional information and helped me to locate additional items on the company website. My furniture won't be delivered for a few weeks and I hope that experience will be as hassle free.

Mark W did an amazing job. I took up 3 hrs of his time, and he never acted annoyed or frustrated just educated us and showed us all the options. After 8 furniture stores, VCF had the best selection and Mark had the best customer service! I felt comfortable the entire time.

Mark was great to work with. Very thorough and super friendly. He able to mix and match different styles and colors to suit our living room and taste / wants. We’ll need a second sectional for our basement and will go back to VCF for sure.

John Meyers was our consultant and he was amazingly helpful. We were casually browsing and he wasn’t pushy or overwhelming, but was available when we needed him. We were lucky enough to find something we liked and John made sure it was in stock for us to order. He helped us take full advantage of all the discounts available and got us delivery in less that 1 week. This is our 3rd Value City purchase, and we’ll definitely be back and be sure to ask for John again.

Mark Wilding was an excellent sales person. He answered all my questions in person and through email promptly. He advised me on sales and when I did come back in to purchase he made sure we were able to do it speedily which I appreciated. I can't review the furniture or furniture delivery yet as I am waiting about a month. But the sales service I received was great!

Ashely and Mark were awesome! We have purchased a sectional from here almost a year ago and other workers were great. This time we added to the sectional with an ottoman. Mark moved ottomans around for us to see which one best fit for our family. And the one we picked was perfect. Thanks again Ashely and Mark.

The moment I entered VCF in Ballwin, I was greeted by a friendly, no-pressure salesman named Mark Wilding. He answered all of my many questions and gave me tons of great info. When I returned the following week to purchase my sofas Mark was knowledable and efficient at guiding me through the credit application process. I will definitely shop at VCF again and hope to see my helpful friend Mark!

5 stars for Mark at the Ballwin store. He was very patient and knowledgeable with helping my father-in-law find the perfect sofa. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

Linda was incredibly helpful and patient during my purchase process. Brea helped and went over my financial options as well. No high pressure sales tactics. Very awesome service
