The Home Depot

Came in this morning for a few things with my wife and 2 small kids. Right when walked in a nice man named Dan came right up to us with this RTS pro series shopping cart car. My son was thrilled and made the trip super smooth an easy, and our infant daughter also fit right in so we didn’t have to carry her. Thanks Dan, for the amazing service and making our experience a fun one.

Amy, in appliances was a big help picking out my new kitchen appliances, going over and beyond. She went out of her way to help me purchase and load things that weren’t in her department. Home Depot is my new go to place!

Great quick service when I need to return some items.

My mom and I spent nearly 2 hours cutting our foam down so it would fit in the car, the employees were very helpful and patient with us. We constructed a sound resistant enclosure for our dog crate.

Wow the service there was fantastic, we were looking to start a project and needed materials. Weren’t sure what we needed exactly and the guy helped us ask us questions on what we were trying to do and recommended different products that can get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and that is very hard to come by. Excellent! Wish i got his name. This was around plumbing

Plenty of parking .. the store was very organized. You can find everything you need in 1 spot.

Have been here probably 40 times, incredibly good staff, so helpful that I feel bad if I don't buy something after they help me out.

There used to be an old lady that worked at the front self checkout who would criticize gen z staff on their clothing choices, ie females wearing shorts, and she would stare me down anytime I checked anything out... She appears to no longer be there hence why I feel comfortable now leaving at five star review.

The prices were low and I was excited to see the wide selection of wood. The staff was very helpful even though we ran in last minute. I was so impressed that even though we have a hardware store close to us and it's a 45 minute drive, I 100% am coming back!

Had to go here to get the dish washer we wanted. Better price then Slymans.

Drake is a pretty cool fella. He helped my get in my car. And we got a really neat flic.

So appreciative of this Home Depot store. Family was visiting with an immuno compromised child and asked us to quarantine. We had earlier purchased new window blinds that were the wrong length and the store was amazing in sending someone out to the car to pick up the blinds take them in, cut them to length and return them to the car so we could continue protecting the quarantine. At a time when customer service seems to have disappeared they are the best!

Always a good store to stop in for all of my DIY and home improvement needs!! The store staff is helpful and friendly. Management is workable and understanding. Product and options are plentiful. Services as well as the online ordering process is seamless and timely. Will definitely keep coming to this location!

This visit was great! Paint desk was fast, found a cart easily, found the hardware I needed. Only self check out was open, but as I walked up the supervisor cashier saw me and told me which one to go to and she scanned all my stuff! It was a very quick very successful trip to home depot!

Best garden center out of the Home Depot's in the St Louis area! They always have the largest and most diverse selection of houseplants and outdoor plants!

We went to our neighborhood Home Depot today to grab a few things for our bathroom re-do. We had two guys help us and they both went above and beyond! Steve in the tile area was so helpful and knowledgeable. The other helpful person was Anthony and he was awesome. The faucet we wanted wasn’t anywhere to be found, but he didn’t give up and he found it for us. We really appreciated his willingness-it’s not all the time that you come across two helpful sake so people at a big box store. Thanks to Anthony and Steve for making our trip easy and successful!

This is one of the main home department stores that actually sells Ryobi branded tools. Great selection of those. Also a good selection of other branded tools as well. Didn't really look at all the other departments but tools seems to be the main focus in this store. Like literally when you walk in the door that's the first thing I saw.Good store for tools not sure about the other departments I'll update as I go.

Katie in appliances gave my mother and me excellent customer service. And showed exceptional patience with my mother cheeky attitude. We purchased a very nice side-by-side refrigerator. Thank you.

Vickie in appliances got me together for the washer I was looking for! Very helpful, and knowledgeable. She went over delivery and warranty on my purchase. If I need any other appliances I'll request Vickie!

I'm a contractor and am very happy to call home depot 3004 my home base . The staff at the Pro desk are outstanding in every way.
The customer service desk always takes care of anything that I need .
Here is an example of the terrific service this store provides, earlier last week I found out that a special order I placed in June had been cancelled by the distributor without notifying myself or the Pro desk. Matt , Terry, Geoff, Kayla and Jamie all worked together to rectify the situation.
I can't say enough about the people I regularly deal with at 3004.
If there is 1 area I would like to see improvement in it would definitely be the delivery system. I understand the deliveries are handled by an outside company but I've had multiple problems.

It was wonderful. I needed a replacement light bulb and I didn't know the size so I stopped in at the customer service ask for help in the light bulb area received help right away and he was very helpful and show me a bunch of options. At the end he asked me if I needed help in any other area.
