I LOVE this store. They have so many shoe choices from all designers for adults and children. DSW also constantly has new shoes and even carries the newest addition shoes from each designer. No matter what style shoe you are looking for, I could almost 100% guarantee this store will have something you like that works for you. Their prices are also very reasonable and usually cheaper than on the shoe designers website. Very well organized store, and anytime I’ve ever needed to return or exchange an item it has been very easy and simple. When shoe shopping for my boys or myself- this is usually the first place we will go! We love you DSW.

I went there looking for a specific sandal and could not find one in the style that I had in mind. However, I did find a pair of sandals that I was surprised to find and I love to wear almost every day. The quality of their shoes is excellent and hold up well. I can usually find my size in any shoe I choose and their selection is enormous. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. There is also ample parking.

My kids love this store, good variety of shoes and great prices. All kids shoes BOGO 50% off now (even from sale section). But they ask all kids wear masks and provided one since we didn't had for 5 y.old with us. My husband was super annoyed when they asked him multiple times to fix his mask while he was trying shoes for toddler. So I don't think he will ever come back there with us and I do need his help with 4 youngest children trying bunch of shoes before making final selection 🤕

I originally called the DSW location in Brentwood, Mo. I spoke with a young lady to ask her if DSW priced matched to the Steve madden website along with others. The young lady immediately stated “Um no we only price match to DSW” I said okay and hung up. I then contacted your DSW location in Manchester, Mo and spoke with a women by the name of Emina. Her greeting me was amazing which the last phone call I did not have the same. I asked Emina the same question and she informed me that DSW COULD price match with Steve Maddens website along with others. I voiced my phone call from the last phone call experience with her sister location and she apologized. She even went as far as to check if her store along with the original store I called had the specific shoe I was looking for in stock. Not only did both locations have the shoe in stock Emina called the Brentwood location and spoke with the supervisor about the situation and also had the supervisor put the shoe on hold for me. I was not expecting this but the fact that she did go above and beyond for me shows gratitude and care for her customers. I’ve shopped with DSW and because of Emina I will continue to patronize this establishment!

I always find way more shoes I "need" at DSW than I'd like. It doesn't help that you can order online and pick up in store, because then I have virtually unlimited options. This is the first place I think of for shoes of any kind.

took my mom here she was looking for some shoes for my daughter's wedding they were very helpful pointed her in the right area she found a pair of shoes that works great for her they were cheap on sale and she join our club and she really likes it and wants to go back

A pretty good variety with very good prices I signed up for their mailing list and receive regular coupons they give me even better deals I have bought my athletic shoes here for the past couple of years and I’ve always been satisfied
