I was asked by 2 different people if I needed help finding anything and I actually needed someone twice because i had no idea was anything was, so it worked out for me and the cashier called for another cashier so I wouldn't have to wait! Great customer service

Went here for our wedding alcohol purchases, they were SO helpful... helped us calculate how much we'd need, walked us through the process, gave us a volume discount, loaded us up on the wedding day, and took us on a repeated grand tour of their tasting stations as we shopped.... shopping with an open bar is the best. lol.

It was really nice we tried some drinks and the people were kind and very helpful I would go there again .

They don't carry some of the Barefoot wine I like but I found other brands I like. Very nice staff

We drive past 2 other Total Wine stores to go here. Always fantastic customer service here. The store is consistently clean and well stocked.

We love Total Wine! They have a huge selection of wine, spirits and beer. They also have samples of products and are very helpful. If you ask a question, if the sales associate doesn't know the answer- tbey search for someone who does. The employees are friendly and the store is always organized and clean. They practice safe covid practices and if you ever want something ordered they do a fantastic job of getting it in the store. They also have mixers and a few snacks available in store. The prices are fair. A beer I love is available there and at the best price I've seen in town!

Great variety of wines and spirits! I tasted a beautiful chardonnay and an extremely unique whiskey- Scatter Brain, peanut butter whiskey! It's amazing; slight butterscotch and salted caramel flavors that show up after the sweetness of the peanut butter flavors fills your mouth and nose! At checkout it was suggested to enjoy it with a fun-sized Snicker's bar. AND THEY WERE GREAT TOGETHER! Suggested also to cook with it- thinking about a cake with peanut butter icing and a Scatter Brain dousing on the sponge cake! YUMMO!

I enjoy seeing the display at the entrance of the store matching or bettering competitors advertised prices. I consistently buy wine below big box prices. Selection across the board (wine, liquor and beer) is exceptional.

They also have a nice selection of accessories. I enjoy my Riedel Vinum glasses. And occasionally find something unexpected (Start Trek koozies!)

Linda was so helpful finding A3 wines for me. I purchased 6 bottles and got 15% off after she helped me navigate through the TW&M app. Thank you Linda, the Red Blend A3 is really good.

I’m in town for a quick visit and wanted to find a place with some local beers. Specifically I wanted to build my own 6 pack to try a variety. I sent a Google message to them asking if they had a section for that and got a response right away.

Very helpful staff for finding what you want or recommendations. The selection is huge. The prices are good. Sign up for the rewards. This visit I got a coupon for $2 off a 4 or 6 pack of beer. Not bad!

Huge place with a large variety for any party or ocasion

Excellent selection of wine and spirits. Well above average customer service. Very knowledgeable. We were looking for a particular cider that was not on hand and the floor/sales person offered to have it brought in from another of their stores for pickup the next day. They called the other store to check availability and offered to call us when it arrives.
