In and out quickly after using the muscle mass weight machine. Manchester store was under construction but the guys helped me find what I needed and asked all questions. Look forward to the new smoothie bar that they are putting in. Well the smoothie bar is in and they are great . I’ve been getting the mfceo. My daughter loves them too. The guys whip them up quickly. Look forward to weighing in next week

I have only visited the store twice now but WOW! If I could rate Supplement Superstore higher, I would! Even if I don’t need anything from the store, just going in and chatting with the employees literally makes me day! Everyone is so kind and SO welcoming! They have amazing attitudes and talk to you like they truly care about you, your well-being, and how you’re doing. The smoothies are fantastic, and the plethora of options they have surpassed my expectations! They also offer samples of mostly all of the products in store. I will definitely be going back!

I walked in with questions to keep my body weight up while I train for a marathon. Last year I lost too much weight for me to perform at my highest level. Two of your employees were all over me in a great way. Their enthusiasm about the products I was inquiring about showed me that I was on the right track. But they went above and beyond what I could ever have hoped.

The crew is the reason I shop at Supplement Superstore. Can I find the same or close-to-same products elsewhere for less? Sure. But I won't. The customer service is top notch. Caring, friendly, helpful, and - most important to me, a fitness newbie - not judgmental in the slightest. The guys are so nice and so so pleasant to chat with. Logan, Cooper, the whole staff keep me coming back to spend and buy local. Special shout-out to Marcus. He really listens & engages - it's nice to chat to someone with whom I can relate on goals & progress regarding wellness and self-development. Y'all are the best.

First time at this location and even though I knew exactly what I wanted, ended up chatting with one of the employees and getting some info about other products. Jeremy was friendly, familiar with products, and knowledgeable about nutrition. I'm also excited to try their smoothie bar!

Usually I go to the Brentwood location but stopped by this one since I was in the area- did not make a difference. Team members were super cool and seemed like they have known me for years. Came in for a new tub of whey but they talked me through my routine and diet and offered great suggestions. they are getting a smoothie bar next month too so definitely will come back to this location.

We love this store! Everyone there is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what prodcuts they carry. They are always welcoming you with a smile and a bottle of water when you walk in. They know exactly what im there for everytime i walk in. The guys always carry out the cases of drinks we purchase for our office. Anytime there isnt a product instore that we want, they will always help me find a similar product or if another store has it theyll go get it!
