I Find some drill bits to break easy some heavy hard metal (car wheel stud)... Spending lot of $$$ in lowes and home depot for bits and they can't do noting....!!

I like this place. I like walking up and down the aisles just to see items I didn't even know I wanted and prices I am willing to pay for them. The tools are not as bad as some claim. Not for everyday use but if you need a tool for occasional use, I think this is the place.

This was the first time going to Harbor Freight at this location, and we loved it. It had been a while since I have been in one of their stores, and I had to wonder why that was. They had a lot of good prices and sales. The sales clerks were amazing, very helpful. So nice to see a good, clean store with helpful clerks.

Minimal quality to acceptable quality at a reduced price. Worth a try, but bring your smallest vehicle or bike so you can't carry much

I was educated by staff on the best/safest way for a woman who never touched a Sawzall or a Saw to chop a fallen branch from the storm. My project was completed this time, thankfully without hiring a expensive company. I bought the $49.00 saw, used hedge clippers for the smaller branches and did the project. Will recommend this store

My wife and I bought a metal workbench from Harbor Freight. We got it home and discovered that we were missing several crucial parts. We called the "800" number for customer service, and we were told that there were no available replacement parts. So, we called the store manager who, in fact, was the one who sold my wife the workbench, and he told us that he had 7 other identical metal workbenches in store. He apologized for the missing parts and offered to replace the parts from another one in stock. So, we drove back to the store where the manager came and personally waited on us and fixed our problem within just a few minutes! We are defintely making this Harbor Freight Store in Manchester, MO are first choice in tools and other products whenever we have a need!!!

We just left this store and the supervisor John we believe his name was, was absolutely a HUGE help with our purchases. Extremely knowledgeable about the products we needed for our projects!. We haven't had service like that in a long time! Wow! Sincerely very happy customers!

The tools are perfectly priced for the job that they're going to do.. They have different price ranges and price points and some of their higher end stuff is holding up against some of the other companies

Great selection of quality tools and some hard to find speciality tools. They have amazingly low prices and their staff is very friendly and helpful. And they have a convenient location for West St. Louis County now! Give them a try!
