THIS IS THE BEST location to come to. I live in Highlands Ranch and will come here on the weekends when I have time rather than go to some of the closer locations. Their customer service is amazing. All of their staff is on it, and the supervisor or manager just made my day today. Love the vibe.

There hot chocolate is the best! Love Love there tomatoes basil sandwiches my girls love the pup cups they were so very friendly this place was warm an cozy

I stopped in the drive thru before taking my dog to be put to sleep and Terry was amazing. I got a pup cup and didn’t order anything for myself but he insisted I get something on him because of the situation. Very nice gesture from him and he made my day a little easier!

The staff here is one of the best I’ve experienced at any Starbucks! They were welcoming and extremely nice, not only to customers but to each other. The coffee tasted even better because of this. Would highly recommend this location.

This Starbucks seems to be slightly larger than most I've seen and provides a warm, welcoming athmosphere for eccletic customers.

Staff is quick, friendly and professional - willing to help with local directions and history if you are new to the area.

The food and beverages are what you come expect from a Starbucks and they represent the brand well.

I love this place and sure it’s a 30 minute drive but it’s worth it because they make the drinks so much better and I love the staff. Especially Ami.

Easy in and out Starbucks with a drive thru. Friendly baristas who always try to chat or up and remember you. Drinks are always consistent in taste and food is fresh. Couldn't ask for a better home Starbucks!

My order got mixed up during a rush and unfortunately i didn’t notice till a bit later when I got to work. Thankfully I was able to get it switched and the whole staff was nice and fast to get it fixed. The man with short platinum blonde hair went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and got my order fixed fast. 10/10 service this is my favorite location to go to

This Starbucks has the most incredible staff! Everyone is always so amazing no matter how busy they are at the time! They treat you kindly and patiently no matter what! I feel comfortable to ask for customizations and this Starbucks has a staff that always kindly oblige to. They also have me. A mask when I forgot mine coming inside for a mobile order! They were so nice about the situation and helpful, needless to say! This is my local Starbucks that I frequent the most. I love it!

Wow wow wow! I stopped this morning on my way home from the dentist and was so pleased by the connection I had with Melanie! She is so sweet and really rocked my morning. I’ve been sick And stressed, so the interaction boosted my spirits so much. From the box to the window, this was the BEST connection I’ve had to date at this Starbucks and any Starbucks here in the state in over 4 years! The store manager was great and so was the other partner at the window. I could only tip $7 but if I had $700 I would’ve done that too. This is what the Starbucks experience is about! This type of customer service is not something you can teach, but a very special skill that only few have in a world full of instant gratification and eyes glued to screens. Thank you ladies so much for making my day!

I am writing this review to express the EXCELLENT customer service at this particular Starbucks. There are many Starbucks around the area but I always chose this one because of the people. My drink is made PERFECT every time and Katie who works often is the sweetest!!!
