Kohl's

I came with my wife to this Kohl’s. It wasn’t busy so it was nice to walk around. We found some uniform for our Daughter and some clothes for my son.

Like kohls but coupons are essentially worthless now with most categories excluded from promo. Basically Sonoma and Apt9. I purchase much less now. Reduce Sonoma product. Increase Izod. Bring back Chaps Line. Fresh styles and colors. Bring back funky socks.

Store is clean, organized, great variety and friendly associates! I love this store!! 💜

I entered at an unattended entrance. It has been quite sometime since I’ve visited a Kohls. It was quiet and I could walk around and enjoy browsing. They didn’t have what I was looking for, but found something for my pet. I’ll be going back.

Linda at the Sephora section was a tremendous help. She knows her products and where to find them in the store . Thanks for your help Linda .

Store staff is very helpful. Specifically billing counter lady Shiwaani is very friendly, knowledgeable , helpful and gave best service in terms of explaining discount schemes and doing best for her customers. She is great in taking care of her customers.

Found all I wanted and staff was courteous and helpful. Store was clean. Might wanna wait for a month to start the Christmas music though.

What bad can you say about a place that has a great store and one of the best discount programs. Staff is helpful and you can always find good deals at this place.

Surprised to see Sephora when I walked in and jewelry and purses have moved into departments matching brands. Clean store. Was there to do Amazon return!

Marcus, the Manager, is extremely helpful and personable.
Most managers would pass you off to one of their employees; not Marcus.
Marcus took time away from what he was doing to personally walk me over and help me find the exact product I was looking for. With people like Marcus working here, I will definitely Shop here again.

Great selection, usually have a good inventory of just about everything. Love the selection of jewelry at this location as well. Will go out of my way to shop at this location. Friendly and helpful staff plus free wifi.

I've come in here 3 times to find nice clothes for a concert, I don't know why, but it's very quiet like no one is there. It's probably because we go so late. They have bowties, shirts, and pants, and they are partnering with separate right now so that is inside too.

I needed to exchange a pillow I'd only had a week that was already coming unsewn. Online showed limited and the employee used her tool which showed 5 in the store. Since we couldn't find any on the floor, the employee went into the back stock to find the pillow I was looking for so I could complete my exchange. Very helpful and all other employees were also very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Great customer service all the way around from entrance to exit.

Let me start by saying what a wonderful shopping experience I had with my adult daughter. We are woman of color, and I will be honest / place of business sometime often assume they need to watch me(us) do to possible sticky fingers some customers may have.
We clearly pay for our items.
Linda from Houston, was the sweetest woman and took her time cashing us out. She gave us our own time to shop and then greeted us with a friendly hello. I definitely will be back for my routine make- up needs. I want to tell Linda, your kindness was genuine and your customer service was A+!!

They didn't have what I needed at the Sephora, but I thought they might not be fully stocked right after the holiday. We were able to return some Amazon items while we were there. All in all, a good trip.

Had a return for Amazon and a return for Kohl’s. Amazon returns here are quick and easy. Customer service to return with Kohl’s always pleasant. Then had a 40% coupon as well as a buy online and pick up in the store order. In and out without any issues.
