The staff was so helpful and very patient with me. I needed to try not only different styles but even different sizes. No problem! They gave me quality time and help me choose the shoes that are a great fit!!

Stellar customer service and exceptional knowledge on products. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I really can't say enough good things about my personal experience and about this specific store, except for you need to go and spend your money here.

Always the most knowledgeable folks working, I love that they have the treadmill there to test out new shoes, and they genuinely want to put you in the right gear for your needs rather than try to upsell you on the most expensive thing

Won free Colorado SmartWool socks with Black Friday Promotion We both purchased a pair of shoes, Brooks for her and New Balance for me. Easy parking in large lot. UPDATE same great service, good folks and exceptional shoe selection for running.

Went today to get new running shoes and had an amazing experience. Matthew was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He brought the shoes I wanted to try out quickly and answered all my questions. I tried on several pairs and picked two to try on the treadmill. I was in and out in half an hour. Very happy customer!

I was in a few days ago and Chris was awesome! I have really high arches and Chris figured out I needed and 9 1/2 wide, which I never realized and I know it will make a huge difference. He also took the time to watch how I walked to see if I pronate. The whole staff has great training and they really understand how to help people with foot issues. Their prices seem middle of the road which is fair and I will shop with them instead of going to a discount place, and probably buying the wrong pair of shoes for myself, which I have done many times in the past. As someone newly getting into longer distance running I highly recommend chatting with the staff here to make sure you're taking into account the different variables of your stride & running habits to keep your feet happy!

When I stopped at the store in Lone Tree, it was incredibly busy! Upon walking in the door, each and every employee greeted me with a warm hello/smile! Chris (Manager) assisted me and asked great questions (comfort, price, stack height and drop) to ensure I ran out of there with the best shoe. I can’t speak highly enough of the Runners Roost team and the Brooks Ghost ‘14!

I love Runners Rooster. I've been to four of their locations in the Denver area, including this one a few days ago. The staff was super friendly, helping me find a new pair of running shoes. Their building is pretty large, so they have a ton of space for their impressive inventory of shoes, gear, and gels, etc. 5/5 recommend!

Fantastic experience getting the right fitting shoe for my son who runs cross country. Chris took the time to carefully go through the choices and check him out on the treadmill. I highly recommend the lone tree location of runners roost!

I have had nothing but great experiences at Runner's Roost. Staff has been courteous and very helpful. When they haven't had a shoe or size they have been very accommodating and ordered or requested from one of their other stores. Not sure where the previous bad reviews came from - I have been shopping at this store since it opened and will continue unless something changes. Occasionally I have had to wait - only because they were giving their full attention to the previous customers and their needs. This is what I would expect. Great service, great people, and great products.

Someone helped me the moment I walked in the door, listened to my needs without feeling rushed, and after trying multiple pairs of shoes I ended up getting the first pair she had me try. Very professional employees and I felt like I left getting the best shoe for me. Prices are exactly what you expect from a specialty store, but you pay for great quality. They have you jog on a treadmill at first (if you want) and they see what type of shoe you need and fit you accordingly. Highly recommended you try them out!

Went in earlier today seeking work shoes suitable for standing and walking on all day. Shannon approached me immediately to assist and after taking measurements of my feet, she promptly returned with several options to try out. While I tried each pair on and walked around she was very patient and still attentive to both me and other customers. There was no pressure and she was quite knowledgeable about the shoes she had me try on which made me feel comfortable about taking my time with my purchase. Will return here when I need a new pair!

I love Runner's Roost. Tamara is so knowledgeable and helpful. The whole staff is, really, but Tamara spent a good 30 minutes with me helping me understand and find the right fit for me and my current needs. Never felt rushed either. Highly recommend!

Well welcomed into the store and was given personal direction and assistance in finding the right shoe for my body and my running situation - which happened to be a little different than forward distance running. Tamarah did well to answer all question and order in the style I needed. Other than that, well kept and clean store, decent amount of items in stock.

Lesley helped me today with some new trail shoes. I’d had a different brand in mind, but she had me try on the Brooks Cascadia. Perfect! Wonderful fit and so comfortable. I just love this store and Lesley is my favorite associate. She absolutely never steers me wrong. Her knowledge and enthusiasm are a delight. I buy a lot of running shoes and this is the only store I will buy from!
