AT&T Store

Came to open a new line for my kiddo and was able to review all lines, change to best prices, double check all discounts, get the new phone for a good price and save on some needed accessories! Great location! So glad they are so close!

Dustin was especially helpful in getting my old phone up and running after I had lost my current cell phone. He told me he would be with me in a few moments while he was helping a current customer. When he did come over he made some suggestions in terms of possible purchases in the future as well as getting my phone up and running. Considering it was not the best day due to some circumstances he certainly made me feel good as a customer. Cheers to you, Dustin!

I'm not one to write reviews but, the customer service I was provided here deserves praise. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sam and Tea. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions (even the really tediously minute ones). I felt like such a bother but they treated me like an old friend. Thank you so much for helping me out. I'll definitely be recommending this store to my friends. :)

I needed help with setting up a new phone and dealing with a lost phone. Dustin was super helpful in walking me through setting up my new phone. I went back to the store to deal with trying to transfer data from the lost phone on my account after trying to troubleshoot and calling Apple a few times. Serenity was so knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue so we could transfer data from an iCloud account to an older phone. I am so thankful for her help. This store is awesome and I will only go to this store in the future!!

Gina and Sam were extremely helpful and friendly. I had been frustrated with my previous carrier’s service, and they were able to get me a great trade in deal and switch me to AT&T within minutes. Overall great store and customer experience.

Listen, the group of young individuals at this location were awesome and so was the manger. The young lady saw I had an accident on myself and she provided me such care because I was kinda lowkey embarrassed and she acted on it in such a private and quick way. The gentleman with the dreads was awesome with customer service on my behalf and I appreciate them going the extra mile for me. They really do a great job!

Phil was awesome!!! I had to get 2 new phones and he took the time on 2 separate occasions to help us out! He made every thing super easy and even followed up on tips for how to better use our new phones! Recommend everyone asks for Phil when going to this store!

Serenity was the associate that helped us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving an issue we couldn’t get fixed online or at other stores. Highly recommend her and the AT&T store she works at.

I appreciate Brian for being patient. He listened to my issue and fulfilled my request. He took initiative and lowered a product fee when he discovered I was paying a higher rate. He went above and beyond when he updated my phone. Plus he explained different scenarios for my contract and service, assuring me I am receiving the best price for my service plan.

Ask for Dustin and Katy!! These two are super friendly and really knowledgeable. Been coming to this store for 3 years and it seems there has been turnover. I hope upper management sees this. Upper management should promote and compensate strong wages to Dustin and Katy... and did I mention they are super friendly? Both are hard workers and dedicated to their jobs. It's hard to find retail employees who are passionate about their jobs. Dustin and Katy will have me keep coming back!

My wife & I own a business. Dustin helped us with 3 new phones. He was the best. They are under-staffed. But, Justin politely told us our approximate wait time (i.e. 20 minutes). Well worth the wait. He took the time to help us with all our questions and got us just what we needed. He even told us about the AT&T discounts. Dustin is a rock star!

The staff at the Lone Tree A T & T is top notch and I want to express my sincere thanks for their help setting up my new device. I have a better understanding how to use it with their help. I needed help with adjusting a couple settings and they quickly answered my questions. Phil, Dustin and Katie you are all great ambassadors for A T & T.

Serenity and Carlos were were absolutely amazing had a great time working with them! They took wonderful care of me despite my lack of knowledge around phones and tv etc.

The sales people are very friendly. I already have an ATT phone and just went in to ask a question. They were knowledgeable and very willing to help

Purchased a phone in another state for my daughter that was being delivered by ATT and lost by UPS. Martin was so helpful at my local store in Lone Tree---He went above and beyond to fix everything on my account and get a new phone sent to my daughter right away...this time via FEDEX!

If you need to upgrade or add AT&T service, Zack is the man to go to. He made my iPhone purchase smooth and easy. Great customer service. Thank you!

Katie was beyond helpful and patient for the upgrade process. Multiple issues came up, none her fault, but she took everything in stride.
