Reggie was awesome and helpful today. Typically the drive through messes up our orders but this time Reggie was kind enough to make it right for us.

Could have noticed of where Mobile orders are around corner. Manager needs to learn English and or customer service skills from her employees

I did a curbside pickup and they always bring the food out quickly! The food is good.

i like this mcdonalds a lot. they never mess up my order and almost always put my sauce in the bag. it might help that i make mobile orders but they usually take care of me. they make my coffee right most of the time but have messed it up once. sometimes have to pull me up especially if it’s late. overall i really like this mcdonalds

Because for a McDonald's it's there, meaning you won't go hungry! Especially all you fools that gave it less than five stars!

Just passing through, but amazed at the warm, friendly atmosphere! The people working here are all happy and constantly keeping it clean and quick to assist in any way and helpful in answering questions. I highly recommend this establishment!

Very clean McDonald’s. The play place was clean and the staff were very attentive. My kids had a great time letting out some energy.

This location was swamped and the shift lead, Angel, was taking inside and drive through orders single handedly. He did an amazing job! Super responsible! And when things calmed down he came to our table and apologized for the delay. He deserves recognition for his work here tonight! Thank you so much, Angel!

Very quick and fast to get my food in the drive thru. The staff was quick at responding and fast at getting the line of car orders fulfilled.

If you get a chance come by. Hands down this is the best location in Colorado. Food is fresh and the folks are super friendly. Still accurate today.

I've been here a few times as I work nearby and each time it's been pleasant. The drive thru operator is nice and makes sure my order is correct and my food is always hot and seems fresh. Quick as well. Good experience.

THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALDS I have been to within the past 3 months.

As a past fast food worker,this crew serves with purpose and muti-task to the max.

I seen a emplyee named KARINA take DT orders,make a shake,take front order customer orders, and serve out products.

I was absolutely impressed by her work ethic!
These qualities are hard to find within, and she has them rightfully so.

Personally, I respect the hustle I've seen with this team!

Awesome crew on Sunday morning. The level of orders cranked out vs. picked up timely should never reflect on the restaurant. These nice people are delivering fresh food with hustle and a smile. No yelling in kitchen or from order preppers, smooth jolly vibe. Good on them. Thanks, enjoyed my coffee McSausage.

this location is the BEST !!!!!! all the people who work here are so nice and so laid back. get my food to me quick, never mess anything up, everything is hot, and they aren’t rude about me asking for sauce lol. for sure the best location in Highlands ranch/ Lone tree. P.S the guy who usually works at the first window is my favorite and he’s the best!

Came on a lunch brake they were fast and friendly and the food was hot and fresh as hell it was a crazy long line but it was moving fast

Sweet lady offered me a free sample of a smoothie and iced coffee. Would give six stars if possible.
